    Hello Everyone!

Yesterday went a lot better -

    B: Porridge with Honey
    S: 4 eggs
L: Potato, tuna and sweetcorn (my standard library lunch)
S: Yoghurt with banana, grape and honey
    D: HM Bolognese with Pasta
S: 1/3 Higgidy quiche (after I got two vouchers)

Weighed in at 188.8 lbs this morning (I weigh myself every morning as a confidence boost, but I know the figures are skewed at this time) so feeling great! Off to the library to write an essay now...

    Hello!!

I had 5 naughty days..I had guests staying at mine and we had lots of unhealthy food and I had no exercise.
I made weird accommodation arrangements because of these guests: in order to leave them my flat for themselves, my boyfriend and I temporarily moved into his parent's house and I didnt have access to a scale for the past days.
I did weigh myself on Wednesday morning and it was an amazing -3.97 lbs loss comparing to last week..unfortunately, after these 5 days that figure wouldn't be right.
I too (like someone else wrote) saw my belly growing back!!

Back in my flat tonight so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning!

    Speak later!!

Feeling tired today, would love a nap.

Lacking willpower atm. DH went out last night and bought me a bottle of brandy and a big bag of my fave crisps =-O (He thoughtfully measured out a small bowl for me but now I know they're there......)
Also developed a taste for milkybar buttons:o
Had two glasses of wine last night too.
Tiredness makes me a naughty nibbler!

Thought I was being good by having avocado salad for lunch (with hm lf beanburger) Now MFP tells me avocado is over 300 cals. Don't particularly like avocado and they're quite expensive (lots of salt, paprika and black pepper needed or they are vile) Not buying them again. Feel like I've been cheated lol.

Any words of motivation gratefully received. Kicks up the derriere accepted too lol ;)
Dammit all I can think about is those blasted crisps!!!!
2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.

SSM perhaps they should make films shorter then we'd be in with a chance of seeing the whole thing ;)
Think I could do with a bit of a shake, every time I do something half-way strenuous I think I should treat myself. It's like pressing the self-destruct button

B - Got up late so missed
D - small (pudding sized) bowl of spag bog with a grating of rf cheese
    S - 4 shortbread fingers :o with my cuppa
T - beetroot sandwich with 2 slices wm nimble - never had one and love beetroot so thought I'd try it
    S - celery, melon, apple
E - an hour in the garden this morning, another hour this afternoon - still have 7 1/2 trays of bedding to plant out. 4x6 mins with Mr W
Have a sunny rest of the day :)

Think there must be something in the air pushing us towards those self-destruct buttons! I've done exactly the same today.

I was out at lunchtime and was very very tempted by the chip shop, but managed to resist. But later I had to nip into the supermarket for veg and I bought a bar of chocolate, and I'd been doing well on the chocolate front, not had any for a few weeks :o

I'm very grumpy today, don't know what to do with myself!
I think it's partly my bedroom...now my furniture's back in and it's all lovely and clean and calm...and I have to put all my STUFF back in, and I don't want to! I hate trying on clothes, but didn't want to just cram it all back in the wardrobe so am trying to sort through what fits, it's so time consuming. Actually I should be pleased because quite a lot of the "too small" drawer now fits me.

I opened a box that I'd forgotten about and it was full of size 12's!
That was what tipped me over the edge :o I get stressed when there's too much stuff, but I don't want to get rid of too many clothes because it will save me having to buy new...I plan to "shop from my cupboard".

I also have piles of things waiting for a car boot sale next month...I'm wondering if it would be better just to charity shop the lot and get it out of sight...what if the one day the sale is on is rainy? then it would go to charity anyway.
I want a tidy house!!! (has tantrum in the corner :rotfl:)

ETA..meant to say...just had a bit of the choc, not the lot, and planning a salad for tea, even if it is too little too late!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Yeah, they're ridiculously high calorie for what they are! I'm not a fan, unless it's in guacamole. I LOOOOVE guacamole :o On the plus side, you have got a huge amount of Omega 3 oils in there, which are really good for you. It's meant to be anti-inflamatory, so I always like to pretend it will anti-inflame my tummy :rotfl:

ellie I like that idea of shopping from your drawers! Maybe get rid of half the box. Half of the clothes you really love, and half the practical clothes that you'll need to replace anyway?

    B: branflakes, raisins and almonds
    L: quiche
D: mushroom and cheese burger, salad and chips
Snacks : twirl, bueno bar and brownie cake - a big fail I know :(
Exercise: 70 mins and housework on top, but probably ate more than I burnt off today!

I'm sort of resigned to not losing any weight until the Easter hols are over!

Just read this quote on fb:
" I'm up! But if you want bright eyed and bushy tailed go find a squirrel!"

Well calories since far today about 1800 calories  but after a can of diet coke I went out in the garden and spent 2 1/2 hours digging up weeds in my borders. My fitness pal says that puts me back in the green for today anyway.

As far as clothes go I try to do a ten item tidy every so often. Ten items I no longer wear or that are past their best. Recently I have been clearing out clothes I wore while pregnant or post baby because I do not intend to grow back into them, feels good to get rid ;) I just put them in the charity collection bags as I am impatient and want the stuff I've sorted gone quickly. Have you considered taking them to a cash for clothes place? Car boot best just to see weather on the day. my mum goes to our local ones every week. Best ones are the once a month ones but we've never sold at one only bought.
