Xha ha you really don't know what your missing.....I have mine with a bit of mayo yummmmm!
I'm getting the message loud and clear, I must try a fish finger sandwich :rotfl:
I always thought fish fingers went with chips and beans
On a different note, the new wardrobes we built have mirrored doors...it is not a pretty sight, especially first thing in the morning...on the few occasions I look in a mirror I'm standing up and "all smoothed out", as it were...seeing myself sitting on the edge of the bed getting dressed  let's just say it's a very good reminder why I need to keep on this diet!
Right, off for a walk before the rain comes.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

I've been experimenting in the kitchen. I love cake! So I have made these this week. Only has 1 egg in it, no marg/butter ans is made with half flour, half oats. Tastes really nice as well. (Sorry about the large pic, I don't know how to make it smaller!!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

Hello all
I'm here to join you if I may. My weight has always been a bit of a yoyo but the last 3 years its just gone up and up. I turned 40 last year and with aches and pains decided I must now really get my health and weight finally sorted.
I switched to a vegetarian diet in feb and started exercising daily, I've lost a few lbs since and felt I was really getting it together. Now the kids are on holiday eating in front of me all naughty things and DS1 is unwell and in hospital, and my will just hit the dirt. I stopped exercising and started eating junk, and now my belly has reappeared!
I don't think I can stick to this journey alone, and so would be very grateful if I can come along here for company with people going through this too!0 -
Welcome dandy-candy
Oh no northwestit won't do. You are absolutely forbidden to put pictures of cakes on here unless we can have the recipe - it looks scrummy. I love cake to but daren't make it, there's only me so no guesses who would eat it all!
B - missed
D - spag with hm bol. Haven't got any Parmigiano so crumbled a little Gorgonzola over it. Delish
T - 1/2 banana with 2 slices nimble
S - celery, melon, apple
E - 5x6mins with Mr W. Scrubbing out plant pots in prep for the 'big planting out day' on Monday - weather permitting
Have a good rest of the day0 -
