    Feeling much more positive now.
Met with a company this afternoon and I have a new job :D

It's only part time, plus holiday cover, but much better hours and money than the one I just lost...instead of a few hours 6 days a week, it's long hours but only 2 days a week, plus I'll earn 3 to 4 times as much per week, so what's not to like?

In hindsight, losing the last job was a good thing, because I couldn't have been in 2 places at once to do both, and my sense of loyalty would have had me worrying how I could manage both so I didn't let them down. So they've saved me the worry!
(and the evil little part of me would like them to ask me back now...no prizes for guessing what I would say :rotfl:)

I'm really hungry today, already had 2 snacks which I don't normally do, a cream biscuit at DMs and a small cereal bar. Also had some beans on my toast at lunchtime, but it hasn't helped fill me up.

Thinking something like pasta or chicken and oven chips for tea, but not decided yet...I want chips, lots of chips! also fighting the urge to have a "celebration" something :o (luckily there is no chocolate in the house)

Extra snack - I've just had a toasted, buttered hot cross bun and a cup of EB tea in the new local cafe with a friend :o

Would do an extra 6 mins with Mr W but I have to get ready to go out for the evening ;)

    Thank you northwest 1965, it's a big relief :)

Well, I've had a southern fried chicken piece, low fat oven chips, few peas, slice of bread and spread, and a choc mousse :o
mfp says 1518, which is 318 too much. I think that'll do for the night!

The more I read and see, the more i think, have full fat, normal sugar products, but just less.

I think this more and more - the idea of the chemicals they use to pretend it's food...

    Evening.

Well done Ellie on the new job. I must start looking. I lost my job a few weeks while of sick. I was upset at first but think now it was for the best.

I have had a fairly good day today, did have fruit and custard for pudding as OH fancied it. So am -12 on MPG not worried about that though.

I have stopped buying ff foods because of a program I watch a while ago. Thinks like butter I just use more sparingly. I think that seems to be the better thing to do, it does seem that we are putting a lot of rubbish into our bodies when we buy things that are meant to be better for us.
Enjoy the rest of your evenings

A much better week so far, under every day, so my MFP is all in the green unlike last week, lol!

    Today I have had:-
B malted wheats with semi skimmed milk
    L wholemeal ham sandwich
    D jacket potato with beans
S low cal cereal bar, 1 crispbread, 2 rice cakes

Was really proud of myself when I went shopping at a!di today, as I resisted the urge to get one of their cheese and onion pasties for my lunch (containing  calories, lol!), and opted instead for a ham sandwich. I also looked at lots of easter chocs and hot cross buns, but didn't buy any! :)

I've also been resisting the urge to get on the scales every day, and will only get on them on my official weigh in day.
