How's this for a Sunday menu? can you see me polishing my halo :rotfl:
B: muesli + granola with ss milk
L: 2 slices toast with a bit of light spread2 slices toast with even less spread and 2 poached eggs, choc mousse
about 1200 calories.
DS1 eating out so not here to lead me astray
No exercise, just painted ceiling twice. It's finally stopped raining so I *could* go for a walk, but I've got my jammies on! Needed a shower to get all the paint and wallpaper paste out of my hair... the paint was very runny today, not good for a ceiling. I've found the quality of the paint very variable this year, sometimes good and sometimes very thin, and when I kept a half used tin for 3 months and then wanted to use it, it was stinking, I've never heard of paint going "off" before (it's the big shaggy dog stuff)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
:eek: I nearly gave myself a heart attack. I was eating some almonds, and checked out the nutritional information. I looked at the bit on the front where it usually says Calories per 100g: 648! I'm hastily trying to figure out how much I've had, when I noticed it was 648kJ! Why would they do that to you though?!? :rotfl:0

Welcome back SIRENS
sammi pleased you benefited from your swim. I know tm's are a horrible price, I was initially looking for an exercise bike but was lucky enough to be given the tm although it's pretty old, almost has to be cranked up with a starting handle (if you're not sure what one of those is ask anyone over the age of 80)
ellie I've never heard of paint going off, but I do know some of the white ones tend to yellow within a few months, even the one with the shaggy dog. Well done you for doing the ceiling
Didn't go out for lunch after all, still got a bit of tummy ache so came home and had a couple of slices of nimble with ff yogurt and Vegemite. May have a piece of fruit in a while but right now I think my digestive system is best left alone!
Going to visit DM tomorrow and she'll want to go out for lunch so will try to choose the plainest food on the menu
Have a good evening and sweet dreams later0 -
samm I'm lucky enough to have a big sitting room so I can walk while listening to the radio. As minicooper says, swimming is also a good exercise.
Sue size 10! I was a size 10 when I got married but that was 40 years ago. Now I'm 14 struggling down to 12 but it's a rocky ride so I like to shop where the cut is generous. ellie I'm 9st 7lb this week, a bit more than fluffysox but only 4' 11 1/2" short so look like a dumpling if I put an ounce on
. I reached 9st last year but it never seem to stay there!
B 2 slices nimble toast with 1/2 banana - couldn't face that cereal any more.
D - will be out with friends, will be a junior portion of something. Thank goodness for pubs which allow us to choose from the kids menu
T - tba
E - 1x6mins with Mr W, another 5 planned
Have a sunny day, hope the showers go round you
You're lighter than me hun, I'm over 9 1/2 stone, started the last challenge on 10st 7lbs. Lost 11lbs so far. Weights according to my rubbish and hard to read scales. I am 5' 4" so not overweight now but would like my pre-pregnancy clothes to fit again.
Today I have used up my 1300 calories but according to MFP I haven't gone over despite sharing chips at the beach with DS today? (we went to watch the Egg Run- thousands of motorbikes, some motorcyclists in Easter bunny costumes etc, ride past, wave, honk horns etc; they raise cash and collect Easter eggs for children at the local hospitals)2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Hi, Can I join please? I have lots of weight to lose and really need to start taking it seriously - doing it properly rather than looking for a short term fix.
Plans today - already had a walk. Go for a swim tonight.
Off to read over the thread for inspiration.0 -

Yes, thanks KW. Please put me down for 20 lbs for the challenge.
I am currently in Aberdeen for a short break. Had a great day shopping - new coat and new purse bought (both much needed). Tomorrow is our last full day here and we travel home on Wed. We will be eating out while here but I will be looking to do healthier choices. Tonight I plan to have a swim.
Other plans are
1. Lay off the Barr's limeade. This radioactive green juice is sooo addictive and full of sugar so it has to go.
2. Ask for sparkling water when eating out rather than coke or fresh orange and lemonade (I don't drink alcohol).
3. While on holiday look for soup for lunch.
4. Tonight's dinner to be a healthier choice.
Once home I will food plan and shop around a healthy meal plan. I also plan to start incorporating exercise daily - currently I do very little.
When I weighed myself before I came away I was 16 stone 9 lbs so I have a lot to lose. I am looking forward to getting stuck into this challenge and start to feel better both physically and mentally.0
