    Thanks minicooper

Taking the kids swimming this afternoon as they seem bored today and today bodywise today is so far a better day than yesterday so if try and do as much exercise as possible today if tomorrow is a bad day it shouldn't affect my efforts to much (or is that wishful thinking lol)

    Hello All
Sorry I have been AWOL for the whole of the year so far, but am really struggling to find motivation, wondering if you will have me back as I think I need the support. Have bought myself a pedometer and signed up to my fitness pal in the hopes of keeping focus and dh has said he will give in 1 £1 for every pound I loose, could make a small fortune if I can stick to it as lots to loose:rotfl:

Sue14, wow, size 10! we don't hear size 10 mentioned on here every often :D...and didn't fluffysox say she's only 9st something? We have some very slim minnies on this thread :D
Right, off to paint a ceiling...I hate doing ceilings!

I'm a 9st 4lb (or5lb):D 8 and half of that is from the waist down. !!:rotfl:I started about 10years ago at 12st 7lb. At begining of last challenge I was 10st. I had to start reigning it in.

With you there on the ceilings, we are renovating our house, it's one job hubby has to do:)
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

As minicooper says, swimming is also a good exercise. Unfortunately I can only swim in a straight line - top to bottom!

:rotfl::rotfl: I'm not a lot better to be fair! Constantly get overtaken in the slow lane :rotfl:

I hope you enjoy your swim! I do love being in the pool, it's hard to feel like you're having a serious workout :)

    Welcome back Sirens!

I'm so jealous of those having a 'bigger clothes' clear out! I honestly don't remember the last time I could do that. Enjoy the feeling!

I intend to hold onto my big jeans, I'm hoping one day I can look at them and think 'gosh, was I once that size?'

    Evening all :)

Feel absolutely shattered lol. Really enjoyed the swimming. Cant believe how un painful it was :0 not that in complaining its just I'm so used to pain when pretty much doing anything at the minute that it was a surprise.

if it wasn't for my youngest (2years old) almost falling asleep in the water I would still be in there ;).

Hope everyone had a brill day, off for a cuppa now and meal plan for next week.

Aww, I'm glad it worked out for you! I know my friend found some aquafit classes that were targeted towards people with arthritis, which was just something a bit different to do in the pool. Worth a look, as you got along well today.

btw MFP has scolded me today for not eating enough calories. "Starvation mode will slow down weightloss" so I'm going to have a piece of toast b4 bed :)

Erm..............MFP has NEVER said that to me :rotfl:more like keep eating the way you did today and in 5 weeks you'll be the size of a house!:rotfl:

    Welcome back Sirens!

Funny everyone talking abit thin/fat clothes I have a pari of jeans that even at my thinnest (9st 10- oh how I misss you!) i couldnt quite do them up I tried them on today and I cant even get them over my hips :eek::eek: will use them as my bench mark

Yesterday wasnt great really had a couple of drinks last night but thankfully was sober enough not to get takeaway on way home but did make me and OH fish finger sandwichs at 1am this morning!

    Today:
    B: 3 chipolata's, 1/2 tin beans, 1 poached eggs 1&1/2 slices toast & butter, 1 rasher bacon
    S: 2 x chewy sweets and a pear drop
    L: pitta bread x 1 and hummous
T: roast chicken dinner, rasberry angel delight yum :)
E: Jillain Micheals DVD & 1 hour dog walking

I felt really weird all day yesterday abit dizzy and well strange in the end i went for an afternoon nap (after OH folks had left!) and slept for 2 hours!! I felt great after that think i was just really really tired..............I think sometimes we all guilty of just carrying on and maybe we should stop and listen to our bodies abit more
