    Hi all

Didint get up this morning to do exercise DVD was just too tired but I think it not a bad thing to have a day off every 3-4 days?

I watched that dipatches programme and think the lesson was 'stay away from processed foods where ever possible' as food companies only have their profit at heart not our health!!

    Today:
B: 2 wheatabix type things, sprinkle blueberries, s/s milk, 1 slice hovis best of both medium with scrape butter
S: strawberries, blueberris & greek yog
L: beef and hummous salad, 2 ryveta style things, apple, satsuma
    S: red grapes, boiled sweet
T: salmon fillet, jacket potato and salad
E: NONE boo now wish I had made the effort to get up!

Last night I ate 1/2 naked bar so will treat myself to the other half tonight after volunteering

Sparrer- glad you enjoying your proper f&f again :D

    Be good :)

I woke in the middle of the night feeling really sick. It kept me awake for ages, but I suffered my way through work today. I felt pretty tired and low on energy, so bought a flapjack, but accidentily got a caramel shortcake out the vending machine instead. It was so horrible! Not even worth the calories...

A normal day otherwise, felt so much better after having a bit of time out the office. Lots of clambering about and fresh air.

    B.porridge and strawberries
    L. Tuna and sweetcorn pasta salad
    D. 2 medium jacket pots, baked beans, sprinkle of cheese, 1 panko chicken (damm my Mum makes good chicken)
Pud 3 sluces of honeydew melon.
Only 6037 steps but spent 6 hours moving boxes and filing paperwork today so standing still but lots of lifting!

Lol franigan i did laugh at mfp look of disapproval!
My pedometre tracks directly across to mfp and adds my steps into the activity, calculations seems a little odd though sometimes.

Nothing much to report food-wise, eaten well the last couple of days.

I am soooo tired! Really not sleeping well...missing my own bedroom, bed affecting my sore back, thinking about work...I've taken to leaving my bedside light on all night, and reading, then sleeping a bit, then picking the book up again...
I'm sure I read somewhere that people who are tired eat more :o

Managing to function during the day though! Up early to get into town for a blood test today, then went to one huge shop, felt overwhelmed by all the stuff ,and went home, I'm not a good shopper :rotfl:

Had a walk in the afternoon...it rained, again.
And now DS1 and myself have just finished building another flat pack wardrobe...he did the hard work, I was supervisor :)

I'm cream crackered, but keeping busy with the house stuff keeps me away from the food.

savesummore, what's a naked bar? Is this something I need to know?

It's a wholefood type bar, all natural.

After watching Dispatches, found this article.

The more I read and see, the more i think, have full fat, normal sugar products, but just less.

    Morning! Sooo..let's have a look:

    Today it should be:

    B- Porridge and coffee
    S- Banana
L- half a portion of [STRIKE]veggie cottage pie[/STRIKE] + [STRIKE]2 [/STRIKE] 1 apple - thought it was cottage pie but it was baked pasta (I made a big batch for the freezer, it's lasting me forever! Bored with it now!)
D-[STRIKE] Bacon, mushroom, potato, leek, cheese Frittata[/STRIKE] with [STRIKE]mixed salad [/STRIKE]or steamed cauliflower and carrots - we also are painting (kitchen and utility room for now). Too much mess to cook anything so I microwaved the veggie cottage pie and added the leftover roast chicken (very little each) + I made a total of 4spoonfuls of gravy with the granules
E: Tonight I'll do some exercise too. My exercise schedule goes along with "when my hair needs washing". How very convenient..
    - Did 2x9 mins high-intensity interval training + 10 mins pilates for abs

Will let you know if I managed to stick to it!

    Have a good day!!

    MFP says +259.

See how I get on today!

Franigan, tomorrow is walls and lifting the old carpet, and then I'm hoping to get the carpet laid on Saturday, and after that I just need to pin down a DS to help me carry the furniture back in :)

I've spent this morning painting a chest of drawers and an old wooden headboard...second coat this afternoon.

I feel like I'm on the home straight now, apart from a few little bits and pieces still to do, that will be all 3 bedrooms redecorated :D

The worst part will be organizing and sorting out my clothes, it may be time for a big try-on to see what fits properly!
