Has been a terrible mess food wise am not even going to attempt to write down the horrendously long list of food I have consumed.

Needless to say fresh start tomorrow, I did walk a lot today as no work, so hopefully all is not lost.:undecided

Not necessarily, I watched a programme on BBC1, they measured the number of calories used up in a normal day. The next day they put the guy through a massive workout where he only burned around 150 calories, but they continued to monitor calories burned over the next 24 hours, and it came in around 500. I assume that's how MFP works, although I agree that some of it sounds a little higher than it should!
Ah yes I saw this actually, metabolism is faster for 24 hours or so after exercise. Still think I'll take the MFP figures with a pinch of salt though ;)

Snap! Been busy and tired- leads to poor food choices. Still, as the weather gets brighter it is easier to keep active at least. Anyway very tired. Not expecting any loss tomorrow but you never know...

    ...

This is quite interesting...especially the bit about exercise releasing the hormone for us then to eat!

A gain of 2 lbs for me. I had a birthday last weekend though. have been away. had some lovely meals out, drunk a fair amount and eaten lots of cake and I don't feel one bit guilty as it was all lovely. In fact I am quite surprised it is only 2 lbs. :D

    Meh...STS this week.

No obvious reason, haven't had any birthdays or nights out or takeaways, just the odd little snack extra here and there.
    Must try harder.
