    Morning all,

The plan was to wake up at 6.30 this morning to do half an hour on my exercise bike before the kids woke up but unfortunately my arthritis is really bad today and it took me almost 30 minutes to be able to move. Will give it a go later today hopefully.

For breakie I had cherry and almond porridge with honey (from Graze) made with half water and half skimmed milk and so far don't feel too hungry.

MFP says I should be having 1200 calories daily which I have been following for last month with no loss so do you think it would be ok to lower it to 1000?

    Thanks

I would say no to that Sammi - how much do you want to lose in total? it could be they set you too low to start with.

Happy birthday zippy and best wishes for your op jackieO.

I have managed a -1lb this week. I've have been quite good this week for the first time in a month! I am 5 lb away from the next stone milestone so that should motivate me for the next few weeks. I have been a little naughty though, there is a chocolate bunny hiding in the cupboard. Saving it for Easter and will need to be rationed over a few days;)
