Well according to MFP I'm slightly over my 1300 calories today. Will be thrilled with a STS this week. No excuses now, no birthdays, mothers' days etc so can do better next week ;)

    Thanks savesummore & Sparrer

I have lots of sympathy for you! I just needed to get it out of my system really. I thankfully am not in a constantly customer facing job, although the same client did have a bit of a go at me again today  He hasn't forgiven me for something (fairly minor IMO) I did 6 weeks ago, and now takes every opportunity to have a dig. A manager has had to step in twice now to stop him shouting at me! Part 3 commenced today, but over the phone, so I found a reason to run away quickly. I think I've clocked up enough of an excuse for a glass of wine tomorrow.

Anyway back to dieting! I stepped on the scales this morning, and it wasn't my friend. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow though, as the scales were wandering about within a 2lb range, so I'm hoping tomorrow it will have decided whether I'm an STS or a 2lb gain

0.5lb loss this week. I am really pleased after a bad start to the challenge. Haven't done any exercise apart from lots of time in the veg garden:)

I've been a much better behaved dieter this week, much stricter...and I've lost 2 lbs.

I'm expecting a really disrupted weekend with lots going on...will I be able to keep them off? :)

    Good morning!

I am reporting 1.54 lbs GAIN this week! It is actually very good as I thought it would have been worse than that! I didn't overdo it this week but I haven't tried enough (or at all) either! :o
Even skipped my class last night: I really wanted to go (I always look forward to Thursdays) but I had no strength in me. Just wanted to rest.
..on the other hand, I did prepare the dough for our pizza tonight! Maybe all that kneading counts towards exercise?!?!? :D

    So yesterday:

B: Coffee + Porridge with half SS milk/half water + honey + blueberries
    S: Banana
L: Half portion of veggie cottage pie (done with green lentils)
D: Thai chicken curry (HM out of the freezer) with a mountain of rice. Dessert: white grapes

Good luck with your scales, everyone!

    Speak later!!
