Minicooper a lot of her recipes are online as she started posting them as a blog.
Here is the 9p burger recipe if anyone is interested. (I'm going to try spraying each side of the burger with oil next time instead of putting sunflower oil into the pan)

I think the Book People have the recipe book for £4.99 too. I spotted it at the library- do prefer paper to electronic sometimes.

    Gooooooood morning!!

Amazing news, everyone!! :j Nice to see when things simply fall into place!

    Once again, I slacked off..
In the past few days I have been a tiny bit busier and I neglected the forum as well as mfp! :naughty:
I even forgot (or refused?!?!) to weigh myself every morning, which - to be honest - is a plus.

I dont even know how I have been doing..not very well, I suppose?! :o:D

Onward and upward! Back on track again!

omg omg omg ...had a phone call from a firm I used to work for several years ago asking if I wanted any work!!!...because I'm just what they need apparently :D

Nothing confirmed yet, but if it works out, it'll be more hours and more money than the job I just lost...funny how things can turn round so suddenly, and all because I told people I met I was looking for more work. Keep all your fingers crossed I get taken on :D

savesummore maybe your work colleagues don't want you to be the slimmest and hottest person there :)

    Fingers crossed for you!!
Plus :rotfl::rotfl:about my collegues!! I think that must be the case :p;)

I don't work in a complaints team, but I have been handling a lot of complaints lately, and it's really depleting. I don't know how people do it. Yesterday a client shouted at me, and today I had a customer call me a liar and refer me to my manager, which is the second time in as many weeks. My manager thinks I've done nothing wrong, just that people want to take their frustrations out on someone.

Sorry for the rant. I'm in the sort of mood to comfort eat/down some wine, but if I let it out, I'll not need to! Managed to resist stopping off for a bottle of white on the way home...

Minicooper I work in sales (it may aswell be the complaints department some days) you have my sympathy as its soul destroying I often wonder how people can be so rude to each other over things, that in the long run, actually dont matter that much! My old collegue used to put his phone in the draw if the customer was ranting too much :rotfl::rotfl:

    Today:
B: 1 slice seeded toast, scrape butter, 2 eggs scrambled
S: small pot greek yog, strawberries, butter candy sweet
L: HM ham & small bit cheese salad with carrot sticks & 2 ryvitas (lidl version!) 1 satsuma
S: Red grapes (also have an apple but not sure ill eat this)
T: HM chilli beef & chickpea with jacket potato
E: Up at half 6 again :j 30 Min Jillian Michaels body revolution DVD (my new jillian Michaels DVD came yesterday 6 weeks to a six pack................erm think it may take a while longer :rotfl:

If I dont lose weight tomorrow (or heaven forbide I put weight on) im going to cry!! I dont know what else I can do
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

minicooper that's the trouble with being the first in the firing line. I spent most of my career working with people and believe me there are times I don't know how I didn't jump off a high kerb (I'm just 5 feet short so it would be a long drop :rotfl:) at their rudeness. It's easy to say don't take it to heart but difficult to remember they don't know you personally, to them 'you' are the company and they want/need to vent their anger to 'you'. Hope you're feeling a bit better now you've let off steam :)

    B - F&F, 1/2 chopped banana, ff Greek yogurt
L - dry-fried egg on 2 slices of wm nimble
D - veg curry, brown rice
E - 6x6 mins on tm @2.5mph. 2 done so far, bellows not good today (blame the desert dust ) but will keep plodding on.

I have been known to let rip on the phone but normally apologize! It is generally when it is the 4th phone call I have received that day :o

I am hoping for a decent result tomorrow!
