    Hi all

Im abit fed up really with a -1lb! Seem to have put a heck of alot of effort in for that pound off! But maybe I am building muscle so will measure myself again this weekend!

Didnt get upto do my DVD this morning I literally could not open my eyes at 6:30am and still absolutley shattered now!

Today is not going to be good.....
B: 2 wheatabix type things, milk, 1 banana
S: Well 2nd breakfast really- bacon & tomato sandwich on white (just could not resist the breakfast sandwichs this time!) 1 mini celebration, 1 butter candy sweet
L: HM ham & egg salad bit of low fat mayo, 2 ryvita
    S: Red grapes
T: either Chip shop mini fish & chips or steak- I have left the choice upto OH

I dont really know why I had that sandwich (well i do im fed up that im putting in loads of effort with exercise, eating like a rabbit and not seeing the results!) as I knew we may have a treat of chipshop tea tonight!

Ill still enter calories into MFP today

    Well done everyone :)

SSM don't be disheartened. Look at a lb of lard and be proud of yourself for getting rid of it :)

Reporting a 1lb loss this week having settled back down after the week of hotel food and only one lunch out this week.

B - F&F, 1/2 banana,ff Greek yogurt. Had to change my F&F brand, this one tastes full of sugar so hope my usual brand is back in stock when I go shopping on Sunday.
L - 3 Crackerbread spread with ff yogurt, 1xpeanut butter, 1xvegemite, 1xlemon cheese. The lemon cheese was a hm Mothers Day gift, I have to use it up or it will go off :o
    D - veg & bean passander
E - 2x6 mins @ 2.5mph with Mr. Walker, as the tm is now known :). 4 more planned

Have a good rest of the day :)

Good morning all. Hope your weigh ins go well today i weighed yesterday and STS.

Knit Witch I do all sorts if crafty thing's, knit, sew, card make, at the moment I'm crocheting.
Please can you tell me what the weight loss challenge is, it might be very helpful.

Fluffysox. Do you find MFP helpful. I use it to and it does help me to manage what I eat but felt I needed something else.

    Have a good day

The weight loss challenge runs for 12 or 13 weeks (but people can start mid way through), you basically state how much you want to lose in the time period and state each weekend how much you have list (*cough* or gained *gained*) and then over the weekend I post the list showing how we have done!
    Must use my stash up!

Honestly I'm not sure, its quite time consuming trying to find best matches for all my strange combinations. I've only been using it for a few days. Most helpful thing is looking up calorie content of foods (and drinks) that aren't labelled. I will try it out for a full week now and see how it goes. It is definitely useful to log everything you eat and to weigh and measure for portion control. But whether MFP is better than confessing on here I'm yet to be convinced.
0.5lb loss this week. I am really pleased after a bad start to the challenge. Haven't done any exercise apart from lots of time in the veg garden:)
That is exercise :T Well done on your loss.

Well a STS for me this week Knitwitch. Happy with that as its been a week of treats. According to MFP a bottle of 2% Fosters Radler is 300 calories. Had 5 during the week, one left to enjoy this evening. Then no more alcohol or chocolate (100 calories today) til Easter weekend!!!
My bathroom scales are really difficult to read, and need turning back to zero every time. So borrowed Mum's. Used both this morning and hers say I'm 9st 5 while mine say 9st 8 (same as last week) ?
So the plan is next time I take baby to get weighed, prob Tuesday , I'll ask to use the scales there to compare.
2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.
    MFW OPd 2014 £2000 2013 £9700 2012 £2848.39 2011 £2509.58 2010 £11000 2009 £112002008 £4939 :D

    Evening

2lb loss for me this week...really pleased as good start to the new challenge.

I've got the weekend off work :j so while my food choice tonight is reasonably safe, ie chicken with boiled potatoes in a herb sauce...I've already had a cheeky glass of southern comfort :rotfl:

I have a pack of cooked prawns to use up this weekend, was thinking about having them with noodles but not sure what sauce to put with them....does anyone have any healthy ones they use? I like chilli, garlic, tomato, herbs etc so anything is a possibility!

    Thanks in advance
