    Welcome BunnyJ :)

SSM I love the snooze button. Muttley doesn't let me ignore it though :(

B - F&F, chopped prunes, sk milk - run out of yogurt  ;)
D - meat free roast with roast potatoes, parsnips and onion, steamed broccoli, carrots and runner beans. When I have that much I don't miss the meat
T - 2 Crackerbread with peanut butter, lemon cheese
E - will be 6x6 mins on tm. Turned the heating off yesterday but a couple of sessions on the tm this morning soon warmed me up

Have a good rest of the day :)

Felt so stressed today I had to have a bowl of ice cream!

Haven't been able to go for a walk as I was waiting in for a delivery (which didn't turn up)...spent the day painting old furniture, moving furniture around and lifting a carpet ready for a new carpet being laid tomorrow.

My friend who's going to be wallpapering my bedroom phoned and asked to look at it tomorrow, and I happily said yes, forgetting that the contents of another bedroom will be piled in mine whilst the carpet goes down...he'll be lucky if he can get through the door!
I was picturing carpet fitter, decorator and heavy delivery all arriving at once and blocking the street!
*that* was when the ice cream came out :o

I'm so stressed having stuff all over the house while this decorating goes on that I think I'll have the tidiest house ever when it's done...I wonder how long it'll last :)

Food was good today, had chicken kiev, hm wedges and veg...the ice cream pushed me up to 1400 calories, too high, but could be worse!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

I got my first "you look like you've lost weight" comment today! Unfortunately it came from a lady I volunteer with who has mild dementia, so I was a little sceptical.

Have noticed a slight rise in snacking lately - I have just had quite a few bits that needed used up, and easier to eat as snacks (e.g.yoghurt). They will run out tomorrow, and I'll avoid buying any more.

Yay I have got my date for my op. I go in next Sunday morning :):):) I am so pleased at losing the weight meant I could get it at long last I shall still stick to my newer healthy eating plan (I hate the word diet) afterwards as I don't want to put it all back on:):):)
