wow, well they're certainly something to avoid
Oh I'm hungry today, thinking about food all the time
I'm not sleeping well and I'm tired...I need to paint some old furniture, and go for a walk to use up a few calories. Instead of just doing one of them, I'm procrastinating on both of them
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

Afternoon all
That's a lot of weight KW! Will try to make up for my piggy week away over the next challenge. I'm away for another hotel holiday in 9 weeks though so will step up the exercise starting now!
ellie my favourite pud is what the family calls profit rolls - seems appropriate, calorie-wise
B - F&F, 1/2 banana, ff Greek yogurt
D - cauli cheese, salad. Apple
T - fruit salad with ff greek yogurt
S - pineapple, 1 crackerbread with peanut butter
E - 6 x6 mins @ 2.5mph treadmill
Have a good rest of the day0 -
Not sure if I'm posting in the right thread...
I've been following WW for the past month (offer in the paper - monthly pass for only £10) but I've really been struggling! My mum and a few of my friends are also on WW, but it's just not working for me! I lost 4lbs in the first 2 weeks and now I've put all but 1.5lbs of it back on after a couple of nights out!
Also, my mum warned me to cancel my direct debit or they would keep sending me new passes (£22 a time!). Then, the week before my last weigh in of March, a new pass arrived and they had already billed my Paypal account! Needless to say I quickly cancelled my DD, but now I'm stuck with it for the rest of the month! ALWAYS CHECK THE SMALL PRINT!
My OH and I have decided to start calorie counting/healthy eating using the MyfitnessPal app instead. He's had success with this in the past, but gave up and started to put weight back on again. So far the app is already better than the WW app!
Today so far:
B - Special K and skimmed milk, orange juice
S - Tea with skimmed milk
L - Vegetable Soup, Activia Yoghurt, Diet Coke
S - Apple, Tea with skimmed milk
D - ?
Not sure what we're having for dinner yet, any low cal/healthy suggestions? Is anyone else using this method for weight loss? :think:0 -

Welcome to the group BunnieJ and :mad::mad: to WW
I do calorie counting, but no special food etc, just try and eat healthily (just wish my medication wouldn't scupper me)
If you want to join the challenge this one has just started, it is running for 13 weeks and in the last one we managed to lose just under 24 and a half stone between us!Must use my stash up!0 -
Thanks
Oooh, a challenge sounds like fun! (You'll have to enlighten me as to what it is...)
I'm sure WW/other diet clubs work for some, my mum for example, but it just wasn't for me! Plus £22 a month is not very cost effective! The only weigh in I can get to in my local area is on a Saturday morning at 9:30, who has time for that?!
I'm aiming to eat between 1,200 - 1,500 cals per day, depending on if I exercise etc.0 -

Basically you let me know how much you hope to lose over the challenge time and every weekend (if possible!) check in with your loss (*cough* or gain *cough*) and I post a list showing how we are doingMust use my stash up!0 -
Oh ok...
I reckon I could lose 14lbs (1 stone) in 13 weeks! :-)0
