Oh I don't know whether I'm coming or going! I've been thinking I've only lost 9lbs this challenge, I've lost 11lbs. Didn't realise until I'd seen the totals posted. Well that's much better :D:D

Well done for the losses everyone over 24st is amazing! Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine this weekend :)

Also huge thanks to KnitWitch for all your hard work in running the challenge!

Thanks for keeping count of us all Knit Witch :D

I'm not sure what to put down for the next challenge, I just know I'll have to be much stricter than I have been recently!

I want to lose 18 more pounds, so I'll split it between the next 2 challenges and say 9 lbs for this next challenge please.

My local shop is about 5 minutes walk away, but I go the long way round and it takes me 45 minutes ;) That is my morning walk which I do without fail unless there is snow or ice on the ground. I try for another half an hour in the afternoon if the weather isn't too bad. I never want to go but I keep doing it. I buy the morning paper and my Freddo. I keep the Freddo for the afternoon or evening to prolong the pleasure:rotfl:

13 weeks pm, starting today :D

    Thanks

Ok, can you put me down for 14lb for the new challenge please.

Decided to try and break some of my bad food/drink weekend habits, but cant do them all at once as that would be like I was depriving myself of something and that's when I'll cave in. So seeing as my 'weekend' normally runs friday to sunday, last night I behaved and had a jacket potato with salad for tea

However I'm not promising anything for tonight :rotfl:

I've been to work then food shopping (had another jacket spud for lunch so I wasn't shopping on an empty stomach)

If you look in my fridge I appear to be a saint as I have bought lots of healthy things, fish, salad, veg, fruit etc....however, I know there's oven chips, breaded chicken steaks etc in the freezer and they are calling my name .......there's also a cupboard liberally stocked with some lovely alcoholic beverages to accompany said food :rotfl:

oh well, 12 chips, 4 onion rings and a breaded chicken steak later I'm hitting the alcohol.

also had a whole bag of chocolate peanuts :o

On a positive note, before getting to know the booze I've done a load of washing and hung it on the airers, hand washed the dishes and prepared a load of veg for the slow cooker tomorrow so I can make a vegetable soup for my work lunches next week and make up for today :T:T

Have also thrown the cat outside after he ripped my wallpaper in the kitchen  drives me nuts, he has a thing about a certain patch and has ripped it 3 times in the last year...all I can say is thank god for pritt stick!
