oh well, 12 chips, 4 onion rings and a breaded chicken steak later I'm hitting the alcohol.

also had a whole bag of chocolate peanuts :o

On a positive note, before getting to know the booze I've done a load of washing and hung it on the airers, hand washed the dishes and prepared a load of veg for the slow cooker tomorrow so I can make a vegetable soup for my work lunches next week and make up for today :T:T

Have also thrown the cat outside after he ripped my wallpaper in the kitchen  drives me nuts, he has a thing about a certain patch and has ripped it 3 times in the last year...all I can say is thank god for pritt stick!

Hi if you can try sprinkling pepper in the corner where he does it/rub on wall paper! My old cat had a thing for one corner of our carpet- a good dose of pepper in the corner soon cured him of it :rotfl:

    Hello,
Sorry knit witch I am late with my last weigh in! I have been awol for the last month since hitting my 3 month target early, and have been falling off the wagon and yo yo ing.:( overall it's not so bad as I have lost another 2 lb . but cakes chocolate and bad snacking have slowly crept back in so I need to try to be good for the new challenge. With Easter and a holiday in this next 3 months it's going to be hard so I will to be too over ambitious and go for 10 lb for the next challenge please.

thanks for organising this knit witch. It's usually at about the 3 month stage of a diet that I lose the will and go back to bad habits. Hopefully having to come clean on here will help to keep me motivated.

Good luck everyone with the new challenge;)

B - more than listed above, had a slice of wm nimble toast with hm lemon cheese as well :o
D - roast chicken, tatties, yorkies, carrots, broccoli, gravy. DD cooked, it was delicious but I only managed half. None of us could manage pudding
S - Crackerbread with peanut butter, satsuma, slice of pineapple
    E - 4 x 6 mins on treadmill @ 2.3mph.

back to normal tomorrow, on with the new challenge. Sweet dreams :)

This weekend seems to have developed into an end of challenge binge! I bought a couple of bags of crisps so I could get change for a £20 note, had a couple of alcohol based drinks and also picked up some sugar free sweets and yoghurt coated raisins in H&B. Most of them have been eaten already.

My meals have been much more healthy - most of my evening meals have been given over to meat with cabbage and carrots. I am looking forward to pay day tomorrow - my cupboard is quite bare, and I'm getting a little tired of nutmeg cabbage :o

Sorry I'm late again, but I've lost 2lbs this week, so I've gone past my target by 1lb, and have just hit a total of 3 stones lost!

I am only 7lbs away from my original goal weight, so that will be my aim for the next challenge, although I may decide that I need to lose a bit more, depending on how I look and feel when I get there.

Today has been a total disaster food and exercise wise, but it is Mother's Day so it's allowed, lol! We went to MIL's and had a full roast for lunch, with trifle and cheesecake with cream on top for dessert, then we had a piece of the cake that SIL had bought. Tonight we had the leftovers from last night's buffet supper at MIL's, which was 2 slices of deep pan pizza, a piece of quiche, 2 slices of ham, a slice of tiger bread and some sliced tomato. The only exercise was a 20 minute walk up the cemetery and back.

    Well done Sue14 :T

I'm going to get back into the "dieting zone" today :)

I didn't weigh myself this morning because I don't want to know!

Good points from the weekend...no takeaway (though was tempted when I realised I was eating alone last night)...and yesterday I had about 1500 calories, so not too bad.

Bad points...Saturday night turned into chocolate and wine night...went out to buy a paint brush and bought a big bar of chocolate :o I tried to eat it all, but had to give in with a little bit left!

So no mothers day foodie celebrations (though I did get a card, and I had only one choc out of the box I bought my own DM)...I had the pleasure (?) of driving DS2 to the DIY shops as his car won't start, and trying to assist fitting a bath (neither of us are plumbers :D) A pleasant afternoon though, and his puppy (who's growing bigger by the day!) is no longer scared of her own shadow and is now pleased to see me and get cuddles :)
