Well done to all the losers this week :j
Welcome newbies
And hugs to those who gained a bit, tomorrow is a new day
STS for me this week. (very happy with this as I haven't been good, but every little helps and obviously the small changes add up even when I also give into a few temptations)
Hoping for another STS next week- then will get stricter with myself again.
Roast Pork dinner again today (mother scolded me for eating meat on Good Friday despite the fact it was her who encouraged me to cook it and make room in her freezer lol) Not that unhealthy tho. Potatoes portion controlled and cooked with spray oil in airfryer. Steamed/ boiled veg. Fat cut off meat.
Anything else I could make with the meat? We may get bored with roast dinners every day. Ideas I can come up with either don't do the meat justice or are more unhealthy than what I've done so far.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Welcome newbies.
Well done on the losses.
I'm a STS again this week, glad I've not put any on but a bit disappointed with no loss as have tried harder, lots of salad, a bit more exercise and a less wine. Any ideas anyone please.
Am off out tomorrow to a cabaret show with a basket meal. Will fill up before we go.
Well happy Easter and hope you all have a good week.14 in 2014 in memory of Soulie. 5/14 completed:o

So my housemate just ordered a takeaway and I had credit in my Hungry House account due to a refund so I caved in! 3rd takeaway in 5 days, all because the credit was there in my account ie it was free.
I have done really well recently so this week will just be a small blip. Making a big fish pie tomorrow and shall try my best tomorrow to calorie count properly and not go over. As I have said before, it is really tough at the moment with exams and all but thinking of popping down to sports direct to get some running trainers. I used to play football 3-4 times a week and now don't at all so need to do something.
Ah well, just needed to vent! I need to lose another 10lbs before I buy suits for my grad job but I can do itHopefully will get support from all you guys

Yes and no - no now i hate the way I look all flappy skin on arms and sunken eyes.
I had an op and had absolutely no appetite at all so now tasting food properly is a lovely experience.
Be careful for what you wish for - is a saying coming to mind - But for now Im out of the challenge - Good Luck though xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Addition to today's food, had two truffle eggs and a hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream when I was out with a friend this afternoon. She made me, honest! :cool:0

I forgot to take my glasses into the bathroom yesterday, so forgot to weigh myself. Will just have to pretend it's a STS this week...
I got a little bit peeved off about something at work yesterday, and ended up eating crisps and a chocolate bar out of frustration. I need to shake away from comfort food, but I'm not sure the best way to do it. It's hard to plan for being p****d off, and at the time I couldn't care less about eating healthily!
Visiting my parents this week, but doing my best to keep my meals to normal will plan out a healthy but frugal week of meals for when I get back.0 -
Completely blew the healthy eating yesterday...
B - missed
L - 2 jacket potatoes with garlic & herb Philli
T - HM naan pizza (topped with tuna, sweetcorn and a little bit of cheese), 5 onion rings
S - one orange, 1 big bar of almond choc from Aldi, 100g salted peanuts, 4 large whiskeys with diet lemonade
On the plus side I walked the 2 miles to the shops and then spent an hour in the garden pulling weeds
Today probably wont be much better as I'm about to go toast a hot cross bun and then taking mum out for pub lunch later, however, I dont have any more chocolate in the house and tea will probably be something on toast.0 -
Happy Easter everyone :easter:

3 lb loss for me please, thanks knitwitch x
Decided to weigh today to keep me on the straight and narrow yesterdayI'm celebrating 7st lost :j I was having the weekend off dieting, but not sure want to see the scale go back up now lol
I had a funny this week, my daughter's friend saw my husband and wondered who was the the "skinny woman" he was with until she recognised me, that's the way gossip starts! :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xxx0
