have a sunny day0 -
I was way over yesterday and that was without opening my egg, our favourite dessert is James Martin's croissant bread and butter pudding, but logging the recipe on mfp with cream it's a 1000 calories a portion  lesson learnt though I will adapt it to a lower calorie version in future. I did a 90 minute walk this morning so I can enjoy my egg today
That sounds delicious!!! Have you seen how croissants are made?
I love James Martin, but he is heavy handed with the fat:)
Patting myself on the back......didn't buy any of the reduced price Easter Eggs/Choc in Aldi or MorrisonsLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
Afternoon
Its lovely and sunny here today so been for a walk this morning, went to my 'local' as*a (6 mile round trip) to buy some new work trousers as mine are a bit loose ........... just bought the cheap £6 pair as have those now and they do the job fine also had some money left on a gift card so were technically free.
Bit disappointed though as I bought the next size down to what I wear now and I cant fasten them yetwill have to make do with the loose one's until my stomach shrinks a bit more.
Feeling rather sleepy now as needed a bath when I got back as got too hot and sweaty and then had a bowl of chicken stew for lunch....think the fresh air/exercise has tired me out lol0 -

Booked myself onto a half marathon in Glasgow in October! Ran a 10k a few years ago and now I have stopped playing football (term has ended in my final semester at uni) I wanted to get back into running.
This will really help my weight loss efforts! Looking at going to the local swimming pool once a week as well on rest days so I can work the other muscles. I would have bought a bicycle but I am moving to Edinburgh at the start of July so I am waiting until then.
Only 5 weeks left now until the end of my exams (and university life forever!) so cannot wait for that. Fingers crossed I can keep the weight loss up but then it will be a lot easier when exams are over. I am not the sort of dieter who ignores hunger and I still manage to come under 1700 calories each day so its all good!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Well done to those of you who have had self-control this weekend. I have had none  Chocolate, burger, bread, cheese...... Must get a grip!
I read something somewhere (years ago) about habits. Basically said you can form a habit in a few days but to break it takes weeks. I need to go a couple of weeks without chocolate to get out of the habit of eating it several times a day now. Made difficult by the amount of Easter eggs here. Why do people feel the need to buy so many for a two year old and a baby? Craziness!
Anyway a relative is currently battling alcohol addiction, facing his problems for the first time. I have decided to focus on him. If he can break his habits so can we.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Morning all. Hope everyone is well.
I had a mixed weekend. Didn't eat the chip's in the basket meal Saturday night, but did have a few wine's. On Sunday tried o fill up with veg at dinner but again ended up having a drink. Didn't go out with OH and the dog for 2 days so missed out on that exercise, got back to its yesterday. Will need to be focused for the rest of the week so that I can get a loss this week.
Have a good day14 in 2014 in memory of Soulie. 5/14 completed:o

Good Morning Everyone! You see, I forgot all about MSE weight loss forum again, I've now caught up with all your news again. Knit Witch, I'd like to join the challenge please and I'll do my best to remember to log in and update. I'll start off by writing what I'm intending to eat today and hopefully it'll begin the habit.
B. Tesco value muesli with skimmed milk
L. 30g peanut butter, 30g cheddar, 100g celery, 100g carrots, 30g grapes, a large Apple.
D. Slow cooker Turkey Korma (a Weezl recipe which will stretch most of the week!) with brown basmati rice and veg, most likely cabbage.
P. Fruit salad with plain yogurt and a little sweetener.
Exercise will be an evening in the woods with one of the dogs doing Search and Rescue training.
Hope that's all ok and I haven't gone into too much detail.
I'll try to update again tomorrow evening.
Best to all
