    hi hope everyone is doing well....i was in aldi earlier and noticed cucumbers/toms and beetroot all 39p...thought might be useful to us salad chompers...i got 3 of each in anticipation of a salady sort of week

    Hello, hope you don't mind me posting again, I'm feeling all motivated so trying to make the most of it. Am aiming to weigh myself on June 5 and hoping not to crack before then, we'll see :)

    B 2 slices Hovis wholemeal toast, Aldi reduced fat houmous, very few walnuts, water.
    S satsuma
    L 3 Ryvita, Aldi reduced fat soft cheese, 4 slices Aldi chorizo, cucumber, red pepper, onion, apple, water
    S banana, more blimmin walnuts
    T Aldi garlic roast chicken, roast mushroom, onion, carrot, brocolli, gravy. Meringue nest, kiwi fruit, few walnuts, dash of Elmlea light, apricot fromage frais, water.
    E 30 mins swim, short walk taking daughter to dentist :)

    Goal for tomorrow: Stop eating £&@"£ walnuts :)

    tessie I took advantage of the @ldi offers too, just right for salad days :)

    B - F&F, 1/2 banana, Greek yogurt
    L - cheese & pickle toastie
    D - turkey salad
    S - handful of grapes, celery, carrot batons
    E - 6x6 mins with Mr W, dug over a bed and re-potted a huge shrub

    I have to say that it doesn't look much like salad weather round here :o, still that is what I have for lunch!

    kw your right about the weather its weirdly misty in my bit of the mids....we are having a stir fry for tea which we always enjoy with rice and noodles for some and fresh air for others 9me) cant be many calories in air but you never know

    i weighed myself this morning and wished i hadnt bothered...must stop doing it because it is quite un motivating.....so so tempting though

    Ah ah, talking about salads..a couple of days ago I was thinking that soon it will be too hot for soups (that I love for obvious weight and moneysaving reasons), then I looked out and went:"Naaaaa, soups will be alright for quite a while!!"

    So, yesterday was another day full of carbs for me! I guess I don't mind it, I grew up having pasta for both lunch and dinner everyday! :eek:

    B: Coffee, porridge with blueberries (SSM, I wish I were as thorough as you with grams and everything!)
    S: McVities Digestive biscuits
    L: Red thai salmon curry + basmati (half a portion of everything)
    D:Huge portion of ragu pasta with a lot of cheese on top.
    E: None. Still sore from Sunday.

    MFP: +15

    Haha its only because I dont trust myself!!

    Today:
    B: 30g bran flakes (for those of you who cba to weigh this equated to approx 3 flakes :rotfl:) Pear & banana
    S: lf greek yog, starwberries & rasberries, carrot sticks
    L: HM wafer ham and brown rice salad with 1 triangle of extra light laughing cow cheese- this was a very nice lunch if I do say so myself :D 2 satsumas
    S: apple (i do have 2 apples with me today as im very hungry so may eat both!)
    T: Jacket potato with 1/2 tin spagetti hoops tiny amount of lf marg (eugh!)
    S: 4 melba toasts 1 trianlge LC ex light cheese

    Wow that looks loads- believe me my belly doesnt think it is so far today :rotfl:

    Definitely been salad weather up here in Stockport for the last 2 days! :T
    Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

    I haven't posted for a while as it's taking me ages to stop messing up my diet! Anyway today wasn't bad..
    B: branflakes raisins almonds
    L: scrambled egg on toast, tomato
    S: jacket potato with sweet corn, salad
    Snacks: dry krisprolls x3
    Exercise: 90 mins

    Scales seem to be stuck - so depressing!

    Touch wood done ok today. Bit shattered after work out, hope that means I'm doing it right!

    L left over small portion chicken, 2 v small potatoes, brocolli, carrots, gravy, apple.
    S 4 slices chorizo, lowered fat soft cheese, banana
    T 3 slices chorizo, egg, salad, fromage frais
    E 30-minute work out -- squats, press ups, lunges, weights and all that malarkey.
