Oh..water water water..same here, ladies! I have ups and downs with it too..well, on Wednesdays is a forced choice as after work I go to a place that does not have bathrooms! So from 2pm I have very few sips..:rotfl:
I know i would not follow through, but we could maybe consider reporting the water intake like we do with our food?
B: Coffee, cocopops with SS milk
L: 1.5 Sandwiches (Aldi seeded batch bread), ham, tomato, lettuce, tiiiny bit of mayo.
S: Apple1 Sandwiches (Aldi seeded batch bread), ham, tomato, lettuce, tiiiny bit of mayo.
S: 1 Mr kipling cake-y thing-y
S: cocopops with SS milk (before bed)

hi...been out and about this morning buying healthy food...mostly. On the subject of water i drink 2 litres a day and daft as it sounds when i started it around 4 years ago i used to be going to the loo every 5 mins but now i dont seem to have to nip as much ...im sure it makes you feel great drinking lots of water...just tap nowt fancy and i have nice skin if i do say so myself
im largely eating salad and its too boring to list not sure i have lost anything on the scales this week but i feel slimmer itmsense

Re: water intake. I drink too much water if anything. I spend all day in the library at the moment so it is readily there, especially when my coffee flask is empty.
This never really causes me any problems, apart from the fact that I work behind a bar and go to the toilet at least once an hour. I am sure my boss must have noticed but never said anythingI feel embarrassed but it is hardly a bad thing I drink a lot of water (3-4 litres a day I would say - but I am active as well). I only drink coffee, the occasional tea as well. I don't drink fizzy drinks/fruit juice.

I also drink loads of water id say about 8-9 glasses a day but also need a tinkle about every 2 hours during the day :eek:

B: 1 wholemeal medium toast no butter :A 1/2 tin beans, 1 boiled egg
S: carrot sticks, 2 satsumas, lf greek yog and berries
L: HM prawn salad- dressing made with tsp light mayo and dessert spoon lf grrek yog, squeeze of tom sauce and loads of pepper, 2 melba toasts
S: Apple, banana
T: Am meeting my friend in the pub after work so will eat out- its a well knowen chain and has a under 500 cal menu so will stick to that
I know it sounds odd but I think im so hungry today as my belly was soooooo empty from yesterday :rotfl:

Since I got Mr W I've drunk 4/5 500ml bottles of water a day, before I just drank gallons of tea - my kettle was never cold! Now I have maybe 3 cups a day at most.
B - F&F (I weigh mine too, to 30g) rf Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana
L - rf cheese and cucumber roll, 1 side spread with rf yogurt, the other rf mayo. Slice of wm bread with rf Greek yogurt and lemon cheese
D - last of the turkey & veg curry - no rice etc.
S - celery, slice cantaloupe melon
E - 6x6 mins with Mr W, barely sat all day as I've been re-organising a club's filing system which was a disaster area!

Went out to lunch again and wasn't quite so good because it was TGI
B: branflakes raisins almonds
L: sizzling garlic chicken, cheesey mash and vegegg in toast
S: krisprolls
E: 60 mins
DH went to a boxing class for the first time ever (he turns 50 this month) and came home absolutely scarlet in the face! It took a good hour for him to return to normal, but I'm really chuffed he went. I hope he makes it a regular thing.
I'm hoping and hoping I've lost some weight this week, my thighs are killing me from doing squats0 -

I am 1 lb down this week.
Going through a stage where this weight loss feels painfully slow.
However on the plus side, my total is now 2 and a half stones

Sorry have been AWOL, have had visiting relatives and not stuck to healthy eating/exercise. Will be back on track next week hopefully and will confess any gain. Will need to catch up with the news but well done anyone who has lost! SLMFIT -T5 #420
