    Hi everyone

    What a lovely day :)

Ive STS  im gutted to be honest as I havent done anything any different but the lady at my slimming class said it may just be down to the fact I lost 5lbs over two previous weeks n sometimes thats enough for your body! The only other suggestion was Ive eaten too much fruit :o

Does anyone have any low fat snack suggestions that dont involve fruit?

On a plus note I tried on all my holiday clothes last night and firstly they all fit :j and secondly (apart from the bikini ) didnt look too bad at all :j

I will need to try extra hard next week though (keeping the bikini image at the front of my mind EEEEKKK :rotfl:)

    Morning all

Knitwit. Please can you put me down as a DAY again this week. I have been good but have had a funny tummy all week so don't think that has helped.
Hopefully will manage a loss this week.

Firstly I hope you feel better and secondly I am guessing that is STS :o

Its a 1lb loss for me this week Knit Witch. I hoped it might be more as I've been working on our allotment for the past few days, but happy with a pound off

I ordered a myotape earlier in the week, which arrived yesterday. It's essentially a fancy tape measure, to give more accurate measurements.

Took my measurements, dug out an old notebook to write them down. Used this notebook periodically to do similar in the past. Results are, I'm currently 6lbs lighter than when I last decided to go on a diet in October 2011 (but am still 16lbs heavier than the lightest weight I reached). I am 3 inches bigger in the stomach than I was last summer, with an extra 2 inches on each thigh! :o

STS this week, my own fault. I think I'll have to start reporting in every day. That might shame me into action. Will start tonight, just heading out for lunch so it may not be pretty! Well done all those who lost this week.

    Hi Everyone,
Right, I've decided to stop messing about at this so much and I've gone back to 5.2 eating since I seem to have the most success with that. Also I've decided to go back to stones and pounds, at least for now, as they mean more to me. When I think of 80kg it doesn't mean much but if I know I weigh 12st 8lbs then I start to think I need to DO something about it. So I started the week at 12st 9.5lbs and have gone down to 12st 8lbs. So there we go-a loss at last. :j
Thanks to everyone, congrats to all who deserve it and thanks to Knit Witch for doing all of this.

How did everyone do over the weekend?

I've had about 1550 calories both days, and would have done better if I hadn't had ice cream and tinned peaches both days :o...oh well ,the caramel ice cream is finished now, and added to the list of things I can't buy because it's just too nice :rotfl:

No alcohol, and no takeaway...I think it must be about a month since I last had a takeaway, which is an accomplishment for me.
Not as good as it sounds though...deliberately didn't have any this weekend because I'm spending a night away from home next week and I thought it would be easiest to just get a fish supper then.
So just delaying the wicked moment, and I shall enjoy every bite, I hope :)

Walked yesterday, but no exercise today. did some gardening but it was really just pottering, not digging. My knees have forgotten they were built to bend...I think they need a good oiling :rotfl:

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
