Morning all
Not sure If I'll be able to continue posting here, I found out this morning that I'm pregnant! :j Not sure what this will mean for my weightloss attempts, but I'm seeing the GP tomorrow. Until then I'll carry on as normal. As I'm still obese by 10lb or so, I don't know if they'll be happy with me continuing to control my calories to lose a little more, with maybe a 0.5lb/week target and a bit of exercise on top. If not I'll switch to maintenance calories, I want to put on as little non-baby/fluid weight as possible.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: fruit corner, grapes
Lunch: fruit, sandwich from canteen
Dinner: HM chilli in wraps baked w/ HM tomato sauce and RF cheese. Some sort of green veg
Exercise: was planning to go for a swim, but I've been awake since 3am so may just crash tonight.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

L - Strips of chicken with cauli, broccoli, mushrooms and whatever else may be lurking in the fridge.
T - Hm chilli, veg heavy with hm garlic coleslaw and no rice.
S - Fruit.
I have lost 4lbs this month so that brings it to a total of 15lbs.

When I had my 2nd child I kept my weight stable throughout my pregnancy [I was in the overweight rather than obese category]. The midwife was happy with this and my baby was healthy. Then when he was born I lost about a stone [baby + placenta etc] and was left with very little weight to lose myself.0 -

Good morning everyone,
First of March today, and it seems like a good day to join in.
I have joined the grocery challenge, and am about to do my meal plan, and it seems a good time to think about my weight too.
I'll post my meal plan tomorrow when I've completed it.
