Morning all
Little knickers - oh, I remember those, they're the sort you're proud to display on the washing line rather than hang the BJ's over the radiator in the spare room where only you go! Congratulations JBD, that's quite an achievement! (I'm still in BJ's cos at my age we need the comfort/warmth rather than style, but I do make sure knickers and bra match. Well, you never know if you're going to be in an accident, do you?)
However, down to seriosity-
B - F&F, ss milk
D - chilli chicken casserole
T - 3 crackerbread vegemite/cheese&pickle/marmalade
Snacks - fruit
Exercise - 1 hour exercise class, lots of gardening if it doesn't rain
Happy Tuesday0 -
What a co-incidence as i have just invested in some lovely pretty knickers !!I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

It must be that time of year! I have decided my new thing this year will be to wear matching undies as much as possible, it started with needing new ones anyway. IN the last fortnight I bought a two pack of bras in Asda on sale for £5 and then 2 sets of the knickers so I have 2 for each bra (cunning, eh?) and another set in Matalan (again on sale). I also got a plain white bra which I figure will go with most of my knickers when I am not wearing the matching ones. It was lovely to buy a 34D and size 12 knickers, thought the bras I bought in Asda have stretched already and feel too big around the back which I am not happy with. Oh well, good excuse to buy more! It's annoying that sizes aren't consistent though, I still have to try them on. Very happy my Cup size hasn't gone down too much though, last time I got slim they went down to a B so I am NOT going that slim again!
Currently trying to make a french onion soup, it has gone wrong once already so I don't have high hopes... I used Bullion instead of stock and ended up with onion gravy!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Mixed news from here. Seems the STS was actually the witch looming so I hope it will be a big loss when I weigh in on Friday, that's the good news. On a less positive note I've got another bout of trigeminal neuralgia which is making me very cranky and really limiting what I can do as I have to spend most of the time with my head bowed and my eyes closed - it really is an excrutiatingly painful condition, I think I'd rather have the meningitis back, it was more painful but at least the pain from that could be managed and only lasted a week. Signing off now as, although I can touch type I just don't want to be sitting up LOLEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Financially Gaga - sorry you've had a bad time lately but well done on not piling on the pounds! You're doing great.
Daska - hope you feel better soon!
Today's plan:
B: cereal bar, small pot of pineapple
L: WW spghetti on 2 small rounds of toast, shape yogurtgoing to in laws so god knows what. My MIL can't cook at all so we usually have some form of buffet. Will try to limit what I nibble on.
Snacks: grapes.
To all the little knicker wearers, i'm so jealous! Can't wait until I can shed the size 16 holdy in pants! Buying underwear is an absolute nightmare for me as I was a 34hh last time I was measured. But I always have to try them on. Really wish there was some consistency in bra sizes, as ragz said.0 -

B Toast and fruit
L Cheese and onion pitta, apple, carrots and a wagon wheel
D Grilled onions, mushrooms and pepper with pasta & pine nuts
