I wont be declaring a weight today as it seems the Witch is hovering again :mad::mad: (Who would be a peri-menopausal woman:eek::eek::eek:)
I can totally sympathise with you, they told me about 4 years ago that was where I was at, nowadays I still get the odd slight show think the last was about 6 months ago. But there are months when I seem to go through all of the symptoms - bloating, erratic emotions etc - as my time was always around about the full moon  the man in my life knows either to stay away or not to say anything that might set me off :rotfl:Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190 -

Still, got to soldier on I guess. No excuses !:D0 -
Good Morning
Weighed in this morning and happy to report a l lb weight loss!
Seems that I may have been having too many calories and reducing to 1400 per day may have done the trick, but I am not sure how long I can continue on that amount! I will try the same for the next week and see what happens. I feel okay but a bit hungry in the evenings, as thats when I did most of my snacking.
I have been going to bed much earlier at night so I don't get into 'tv watching snacking mode'!!Summer weightloss challenge

Well done all the losers so far, I am pleased to announce I have STS this week despite it being TOTM when I would usually gain a pound or two so hopefully I have actually lost some and it will show next week.
Pitlanepiglet - really sorry you've still not lost anything, you are doing really well to stick at it. If you have another week like this I would see you doctor just in case you have any medical reason it's not coming off (some people with thyroid problems find they have a lot of trouble losing weight, I seem to be just about managing it but I'm sure it makes it harder).June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

i am going to declare a sts today although it is, in fact a decent loss. i have lost the lbs i have put on in the past (rubbish) 2 weeks.
this keeps my official loss to 4lb.
i am really happy with myfitnesspal and although i have always avoided counting cals, it really is making me think about every little thing i shovel in my mouth
so the plan today is to try to stick to about 1600 cals (my daily target is 1200) as i am out for a meal and friday is a bit of a treat day.
the plan is:
porridge & prunes
morrocan stew from the freezer, well i hope thats what it is
out for a thai meal tonight, i just have to avoid the delicious thai curry and will go for a king prawn stir fry or similar
i will also have a couple of glasses of wine as my treat.
hope you are all good, we are in the home stretch into spring at least :j:j:j- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Well done everyone!Phoolgrrrl wrote: »Still need to get started on the 30 day shred!
Keep seeing this and wondering what it was - now I know I might give it a go!! Should be good for a laugh (not). If you guys never hear from me again, send help!! I'll be lying in a heap on the garage floor.
I am going to claim the 1lb loss that I was unsure about last week - taking weigh in on the mornings where I'd previously been doing evenings I might have stolen one pound somewhere.
Even though I didn't have a great week it's all good considering where I was at and I am amazed at progress overall. Only getting the occasional cravings for crispy crunchy things, biscuits and such like. I have always had a savoury tooth and a monster for crisps, cheese and crackers. I went to cut a piece of cheese to grate on Chilli yesterday and found the ends and corners had all dried out and gone hard. There's no way one piece of cheese ever lasted that long before.Mortgage

Afternoon all
STS for me this week, not surprised as there were quite a few bad days. Must try harder this week, although I'm off out to the pub for the rugby and then for a curry tomorrow. No excuses for the rest of the week though. I think I shuold have given up procrastinating for Lent :rotfl:
No time to make lunch this morning so had to go to the cafe at work. Feeling really cross due to an issue at work so bought crisps and chocolate. feel a bit better now I've eaten them but I really need to break the grumpy = food connection in my brain.
Today:
Breakfast: granola bar
Lunch: cheese salad sandwich, wotsits, toffee crisp
Dinner: not planned yet, will try for something low cal to offset lunch.
Exercise: more housework, didn't do much last night as I had a rotten headache in the eveningLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
