I couldnt cope, I love breakfast!:D
I usually have a big bowl of porridge with grated apple, seeds and cinnamon. But this morning was a slice of wholewheat toast with a small tin of weightwatchers baked beans. yum....0 -
Morning all,
I'm off to work in a little while so reporting in with my 1lb loss for this week. This takes me to 2lb/10lb.
Feeling a bit blue at the momentand I didn't make the best food choices in the world yesterday evening. I did have delicious homemade cauliflower soup for lunch so hopefully one negated the other. Missing my family terribly at the moment despite a long video chat with my parents yesterday. I have had a lovely half term week with my gorgeous children. So not really sure why I'm feeling like this.
Onwards and upwards though  Good luck on your weigh-ins today :TCC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999

*big sigh* Another STS for me please Ragz.
I can't work out if I'm not eating enough or eating too much, I've had little exercise this week but that seems to have made little difference as I had more last week and the week before without losing.
I've three more weeks in my existing job then I go part time in a location where it will be easier to get it and walk, will try and keep goingPiglet

Hi, Everyone
Have been delayed doing online banking (it's Payday, whoop whoop), so this is a hit and run I'm afraid.
But happy to report an unexpected loss of 1lb. Unexpected, because last weekend was pretty naughty, though have been good as gold all week :j
Good luck to everyone for the weigh ins. Keep going...

L: hummus sandwich, fruitsalmon and wedges with veg
Sorry for the glum post, have a good day everyone.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

I am a very happy bunny this morning, despite my visit to "Carbsville" yesterday the weight that I lost over the past week or so has stayed off and I can declare a 1lb loss.
I have some heavy duty gardening to do today so at least this bit of exercise should help to balance things with the lunch out planned for tomorrow.
Today I'm having
B - Poached egg on toast
L - Soup
D - Scampi, potato wedges, peas & sweetcornJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Morning everyone.
It was a bad weigh in for me today. I have gained 1 pound. No excuses, I have just been eating too much/not exercising enough over the last 3 or 4 weeks and it has finally caught up with me.
I did much better yesterday, I actually stuck to the menu plan. I proved to myself that I can do it when I try.
Today's meal plans are -
B- Porridge with dried fruit
L - veggie curry, quinoa
Tea- pitta, low fat grated cheddar, tomatoes and onion
S's -fruit, nuts, LF greek yoghurt.
Exercise - swimming
Good luck everyone!0 -
I wont be declaring a weight today as it seems the Witch is hovering again :mad::mad: (Who would be a peri-menopausal woman:eek::eek::eek:)
I am still following the thread and wishing you well from the sidelines though and hope next week will be positive for me as regards weight loss (Where have I heard that before?)
Many thanks to Ragz for "keeping those scores on the doors"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
