So much for eating breakfast! Had to be out at 9.45am and kept finding things which needed doing before I left. Should have made eating one of the things . So..

    B - missed
Dinner - turkey ham & veg casserole, sf jelly
    Tea - 3 crackerbread 1xvegemite, 1xrf cheese&pickle, 1xmarmalade
Snacks - smal bag mini rice cakes cheese&chive flavour, melon, satsuma, apple
Exercise - 1 hour class this am, housework & some gardening this pm.

Have a good rest of the day
  • Was so worried about first day on placement today that I couldn't face breakfast
Then I was absolutley starving by the time I finished as we didn't even get a chance to stop for a break. This meant I also skipped my planned visit to the gym on the way home, so must try and do some kind of exercise tonight.
    So:
    B-Missed
    L-Missed
    D-Chicken and bean salad
Snacks: Packet of rolos (woops), two nakd bars, three pieces of malt loaf with low fat spread

    Carboliscious.

  • Morning all, hope your all well. I’ve got a nice treat planned for myself this morning, managed to finally get an appointment at the hairdresser, so that means a lovely head & neck massage before getting a good deal cut off the unruly mop – the amount to come off could result in another ¼lb loss :j, fingers crossed.

    Today’s Menu =
    B – Boiled Egg & Oatcakes
    L – Soup from Freezer – Pea & Ham (I think)
D – Baked Fish, roasted toms & red pepper, Broccoli & Green Beans.

List now updated to here, sorry for the delay.

Arrowlili - I'm sorry you feel this isn't working for you, may I ask why? From the list I can see you have lost 6lbs out of your target 9lbs (that's 2/3 of the way there!) which is nearly half a stone, many of us would be over the moon with that! We all have a week or two which doesn't go as planned but that's no reason to give up :)

I am plagued by The Witch and associated pains and sugar cravings today so have given in to her and eaten a lot of biscuits! I haven't lost anything this week but not gained either which is very good for a TOTM week. Fingers crossed...

Really really must get that meal planning done, I used to be so on top of it and then totally lost my mojo with it...

    Hi all,

    Can I please join you?

I would really like to reduce our family shopping bill, by buying less processed (is that possible) and cook more family meals for us - whilst losing weight!

I've had a read about - but can someone please point me in the direction of some recipe ideas that are low fat? How are people doing this - sticking to a certain no of cals per day, and if so - how much?

Do you weekly menu plan? I'll be planning for 2 adults, and a 4 year old - so need to accommodate all of us. I'll like to do a monthly plan if I can

Excited to get on this journey.

    Thank you for any help!

    2b :)
