I've painted a ceiling this afternoon, everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but it's finally done. I feel old and tired and a bit overwhelmed at what I've still to do.
Tried to be better with food today, one sweetie in my mouth before I passed them on to a new home!
For lunch I had sausage sandwiches with my boys...2 medium slices of bread, 2 small value sausages and a bit of spread...over 500 calories, more than a proper meal
It was after 6pm when I finished painting, and I had a moment when I thought "I'm on my own ,nobody would see if I had pizza", but then reminded myself I'd promised on here NO TAKEAWAY this weekend.
So decided on scrambled eggs on toast, and a treat of instant butterscotch pudding. Put the milk and powder in my thing for shaking it all up, shook it, the lid came off, and threw milk and powder all over me, the worktop, the toaster, the dishes, the floor...
By the time I cleaned it all up, the toast was cold, and the eggs had been in the microwave too long. So had rubbery eggs and cold toast. I almost wish I'd gone for a pizza :rotfl:
Had 1360 calories so far, but thinking there's one glass of wine left in the bottle from last weekend...I wouldn't like it to go off...:)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

My weekend in Blackpool came to an end today, as mentioned the hotel left a lot to be desired but the meals were very good - too good - so forgive me if I don't list all I ate. Suffice to say it was a lot more than I do at home . We had a jacuzzi (sp?) bath in out en suite and have tried to kid ourselves that the water jets worked on the bits that needed slimming down
Driving back home from my friend's house in Bronte country tomorrow, there's very little food in so I'll open a tin of soup and get on the treadmill. Not all at once, could be a bit messy!

Hi all, I know I haven't joined in this time around but I'm looking forward to getting stuck in with the next challenge, especially given this week's weight gain!!!
