Hi guys!!
Oh my life im having a major panic attack :eek::eek::eek: Ive just counted and ive only got 12 weeks until my summer hols  You know how much weight ive lost in the last 12 weeks?! 3.5Lbs!!!
IVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING MORE!!!!!!
Boo hoo hoo!!
Today:
B: 2 eggs & splash of milk & 1/2 tomato made into an omelete, 1 small piece wholemeal toast
S: strawberries, blueberries & couple spoon greek yog
L: HM chicken salad with nandos sauce & carrot sticks, plus 2 oat cakes
S: 3 tiny satsumas, apple, pear drop
T: aldi chicken kiev, oven chips & salad
Maybe hungry later so many have small piece of toast (tiny 400g bread)
On the plus side having eggs for breakfast really fills me up so may start havin more protein based breakfasts
I need to cut my calories down (but dont like being hungry!-who does lol!) and ive got to try and squeeze some exercise in somewhere in my week!
On a nice note my best friend had a little baby boy todayO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Savesummore, lovely news about your friend12 weeks to go, you can do it! Protein does fill you up for longer, it is proven. Plus the calories come from carbs and fat. So eggs, chicken breast, quorn, beans etc are great. Then high fibre foods, fruit, veg, weetabix to supplement.
My mum did SW last year and swears by stir fries, avoiding bread and eating weetabix every day. She stopped buying nice bread and nice butter so she wouldn't be tempted. She swopped oven chips for chipped potato on oven tray sprayed with 1 cal. (I do this in my airfryer now) Leave skins on, can even microwave first (until softened) so they cook much quicker. Tastier and healthier than oven chips.
Food diary for today:
B: 1 crumpet, tiny bit of flora light. 1/3 banana (DS wanted it)
L: Baked potato, salad. HM improvised cheese coleslaw.Chicken fajitas. Salad.
S: WW Coconut cake, pear.

I used to do SW and do still love their stir fry recipes. I prefer them to the sachets now. Our oven doesn't get hot enough for the chips sadly (just dries them out), but I did like those too.
There was a sandwich buffet at my lunch meeting yesterday. I'd already had lunch, but just have no self control around a free lunch (habit from being a skint student)0 -

Not had a good day today foodwise for various reasons but I'm posting my meals anyway.
B Porridge with a teaspoon of honey
L Mackerel in mustard sauce and 1 slice of bread and rf spread
D Quiche and oven chips with baked beans
A couple of glasses of white wine later
Not sure yet what our meals will be tomorrow yet as I didn't have time to shop today and don't think I will tomorrow0 -
I've hit that stone wall again - I keep getting down to being dead on the nose of XXst. I then fluctuate about, but never quite break past the XXst. It feels like if I break through to 13.5lbs of the stone below, the rest of that stone will disappear soon after, but I struggled for ages to get past it last year as well.
Will have to break out the fighting talk soon!0 -

Likewise minicooper, every Friday I get to 20-7 and then during the week it goes up and down like a Bride's Nightie!
Must use my stash up!0 -

naughty, Knit Witch :rotfl:
I'm back on track again, if we could just cancel weekends for a few months, I reckon I'd get to target
I'm having a fairly low cal breakfast, and very low cal lunch (usually porridge or toast) so that I can have a more "normal" evening meal.
Just have lots of drinks through the day so I can pretend I'm not hungry!
savesummore...only 12 weeks until summer holidays
That really brings it home how close it's getting, I don't want to have another fat summer!!!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
