I think that's the problem, I put on the week before I think, and now I can't remember where I started....! I'm happy with one pound...I've done better than I thought I was going to and I'm going to keep plodding on
Thanks for all you do Knit Witch x Piglet

:rotfl::rotfl: ellie I'll have to remember that one...
Been to visit a friend yesterday, it wasn't a shining example of healthy eating, but we spent about 6 hours walking around and shared a dinner, so it's not been too bad either.
I'm reading quite an interesting book on Nutrition for Beginners at the moment. A little bit more sciency, so I don't remember the finer details of the chemical reactions etc, but it all helps me to think about how my diet needs to continue to change!0 -

After 2 weeks of STS, this week I am over the moon with a loss of 2lbs! I have been quite good this week (apart from the chippy tea on Tuesday, lol!), so it's nice to see such a good result.savesummore wrote: »I earnt loads of extra cals this weekend according to MFP its just that i ate and drank them all plus some!!!

I've done a bit of that today, lol! OH and I went for a long walk along the river, we were walking for 2 hours and 20 minutes and according to my tracker I'd burned 553 calories, however at the end of the walk we went into a cafe and had a full roast dinner! It wouldn't have been too bad but the dinner was huge, and had extra meat because they didn't have much veg left. They also gave us a free mini sweet each (similar to milky way), so we had that with a coffee when we got home.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs
