Thanks fluffysox, I'll definitely try that recipe...will have to buy soup first though!

I'm still shocked at £110 a month for takeaways...I'd be upset if I thought my sons were spending that much. I hope they're not, I know DS1 brought one home on Saturday night (which I shared :o), and DS2 called round with one on Sunday night...he also had one through the week because the dog ate his tea before he got home from work! But mostly it's weekends they might have one.

Have eaten fairly well the last few days, the closer Friday gets, the better I become :rotfl:

My back and legs are aching tonight, I'm trying to tell myself I want to decorate, but I really can't be bothered with the effort right now. However, I want an ordered house, and I'm not going to get that if I don't do the work. I bought the paint tonight, so no excuses now.

    2lbs on please knitwitch.

A bit sad about it, but know it will melt off if I get back to clean eating this week.

STS this week, no more than I deserve. Sometimes I forget just how strict I have to be to shift a pound.

    Morning!
Happy to report 0.9Kg/2lb loss this week! Been very lazy and haven't written down my food diary in the past days. It's been up and down.
    My sins were:
    - went out last friday for a burger and chunky chips (1 large red, 1 bottle of water, 2 ginger beers)
    - got invited to the pub by bf's dad on Tuesday and had another burger and chunky chips with just water (despite the temptations!) :T
    - at work, a client brought Krispy Cream doughnuts on tuesday and I had 1
    - It was a colleague's bday on Wednesday and he brought another box of Krispy Cream doughnuts and I had 1.5

For the rest I have been good. No exercise at all except for last night, but that is just because my body has been aching until the Saturday/Sunday from last Thursday class.

Family do tomorrow. It's not a buffet so I should not really have chance to stuff myself 'til I explode!

    Happy weekend people!!

    Hi all

Really disappointed with a STS the week :(

Its the weekends that are ruining things plus the lasck of exercise! I really really have to get my weekend eating under control!

    Today:
B: 2 toast with peanut butter & banana (thick self slice crusty seeded bread :o)
    S: Apple
L: cheese & ham sandwich on seeded bread, carrot sticks
S: greek yog, strawberries & blueberris
T: HM N*ndos chicken, salad and jacket tata

I have thought I may have a choc tonight but I need to make sure its just one thing not 4 beers, crisps, chocs toast etc etc!!!
