Weight has stayed at 90kg which I think is very good as we have eaten out lots while DD3 has been home from Australia. She goes back tomorrow morning so may get back to normal to keep me from missing her too much.....poor DGS said goodbye to her tonight and was a nervous wreck.
Today I have eaten:
B.....pancake and Danish, tea;
L.....duck liver pate, 2 small toast, seafood platter, cherry tomatoes, mixed leaves, apple crumble, ice cream, espresso with 1 lump sugar;
SN..... fruit yoghurt, handful prunes.
Good luck everybody

Hi knitwitch
-2lb for me this week - thanksFight Back - Be Happy0 -
Wow! Amazing total loss! Very well done
Today:
B: nothing
S: small home made biscuit (hairdressers)
L: Baked potato with beans and cheese (I could have gone to the burger stall next door but didn't, although maybe cheese isn't so diet friendly)Sausage bolognese and pasta, crackers dipped in sweet chilli sauce for dessert
Did a lot of walking today as well - had 30mins to walk just under 2 miles to my hairdressers, then had to walk back via the market/library/gift shops. I think I spent at least 2.5 hours on my feet, walking. I'm hoping this and the 2 inches I had cut off my hair show up on the scales this week0 -

Welcome, reallytrying and timetogrowup.
When I tell you what I ate yesterday I think you will throw me off the thread!
B: muesli/granola...bigger portion than normal because it was so early
L: (on the go and in a hurry) out of date nut and seed cereal bar and packet of starburst (apart from 3 I ate in bed the night before...why did I have sweeties in bed?..I don't really know, because there's nobody to see me maybe)
Then I met a group of friends and we had a late meal out,
steak pie (puff pastry, mmm), chips, and a large piece of chocolate gateau and ice cream...oh it was lovely, and I was stuffed. No drink though, the only way to the venue was by car so had to drive.
Had a pleasing moment when I was getting ready. Decided to wear my "good" black trousers, which I hadn't worn for 3 months...they were too big! I have several other pairs saved from when I worked in an office and tried them all...all too big
I ended up searching through my "too small drawer" for the one other pair I own (a rather tight and pert pair which my ex was *particularly* fond of :rotfl:) and they fitted, no problem :T
Also my jacket zipped up much more easily than before.
Funnily though, although the clothes fit, I don't feel like I'm getting any slimmer yet, my brain is lagging behind. (I'm not slim, btw, still need to lose about 20 pounds).
I think a wardrobe try-on session is due soon.
Although I'm doing this for health reasons as well, I think being able to wear slim clothes is reason enough.
Will have to be very good today to try and balance yesterday's excesses.

Wow ellie well done for getting into your skinny trousers! That's always a major boost!
I am a bit miffed at my clothes right now. I ballooned over Christmas, and thankfully my clothes are not THAT tight any more (had to keep undoing my top button after eating :rotfl:) but although I'm now 4lbs lighter than I was in November, my clothes are tighter than they were then :huh:
At least the suit I bought last summer still fits me! I might need it soon...0 -

.
Your clothes should know better than that minicooper...give them a stern talking to and get them to behave :rotfl:
have made the effort and been out for an hours walk this morning, finding walking hard going at the moment.
thought I'd go while the sun was shining...putting my coat on and DS shouts "it's raining"...again :mad:...so had a rather soggy walk.

sorry I didn't pot last week. I was away for the weekend with no scales and when I weighed on Monday was too dissapointed to post. I went to an Asian wedding party with lovely 3 course Buffett and I didn't hold back, then next day was mums with nice roast and choice of pudding, plus wine, baileys and liqueur coffee! Lovely weekend but 2 lbs back on. This week has been better and I lost the 2 lb plus another 1. Overall since last weigh in that's -1 to report.. Onwards and downwards.;)Grocery challenge: dec 294/280, January 250/250, February 168/200:T march 258/2600
