I'm exactly the same Sue14...funny how I think I've got it under control this time, even although I've lost and gained the same pounds several times before.
I think I've finally learnt that if I want to have normal meals I can't go back to snacking with biscuits or sweets...like you, I plan to take action if my weight goes up even a little bit. (I wonder if it'll be as easy as it sounds)
I really think I've got it under control this time, because I've finally realised that I can't just eat the way I was before once I get to my goal, I need to figure out how many calories I need each day to maintain the weight and make sure I don't go over that amount, let's hope it is that easy, lol!
Well I did have a bag of crisps when we went to our quiz night, plus I had about 10 maltesers (which we won in the raffle), but I still managed to stay under my calorie goal by about 50 calories.
I was really good yesterday, mainly because I was busy at my dad's and didn't have time for lunch, and I was very pleased with myself for resisting all the naughties I was tempted by when I went shopping afterwards.
Today:-
B special k oats and honey with semi skimmed milk
L beans on toast
D HM sausage casserole (used up a YS veg pack that I got for 10p a while back)
S 1 caramel rice cake, 3 low cal cereal bars
E about 3 hours of cleaning and general housework, 50 minutes of aerobicsWeight loss challenge 2/10lbs
