I loved the TV show- and yes spice is great. (Chilli powder and cayenne pepper going on my stir fries atm instead of sweet chilli sauce.) Will try to get this from the library.
Embarrassed now especially since I'm guilty of having another today lol :rotfl:

Feeling sorry for myself today. Had two appts today. Postnatal physio - session. Physiotherapist gives advice on exercises etc to small group of us. She examined my abdomen and said there is still a gap between the muscles so I need to do tummy exercises. Afternoon I had a filling at dentist. 3 needles to get it numb. Now I'm drooling all over myself lol. Day was so stressful as I had to use family as babysitters. Different locations for each appt so rushing round. Had to run in the house to collect another bottle at lunch time, leaving baby and toddlerin car so just grabbed one piece of multigrain bread and spread a cheese triangle on it to eat on the wayI had a plum and the usual weetabix this morning too
Anyway Dentist says no chewing for rest of day so glad I had something. Now starving so looking at soup in the cupboard. Found one without many lumps and its not many calories. Knorr Chicken and noodle (dry sachet) Hope it fills me up.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Sorry I've been worse than hopeless. I;ve missed two weigh ins:
1) STS
2) -1lbs
I think that means I've met the half stone off.
BMI now 23.0 -
OK, bought sleeping aids last night, had a really good night's sleep last night but feeling tired still (need to catch up on sleep I think). Today's meals:
B: 1 slice of toast
S: bakewell tart (someone's birthday), small handful of almonds
L: Ham sarnie
S: appleLentil Dal, 3 indian lamb kebabs, rice (cookery course yesterday, so know exactly what went in them, and it wasn't hugely unhealthy).
Looking back at that, I suppose the early part of my day is a bit reliant on carbs and not fruit or veg. Maybe need to work fruit into breakfast again.0 -
I'm quite surprised to be reporting a 1.5lb loss this week! Especially after having my weeks allowance of calories last sat and being sick. I think whatever i'm doing seems to be bolstered by exercise. I'm not complaining whatever it is!0

Hello! First post on this thread..just what I was looking for!
Thanks Knit Witch for keeping good track of everything!!
500+ pages later I would love to join your club. I am not very overweight, but I have never seen the "high" numbers I'm seeing now when I step on the scale (65kg/10st 2lbs).
Overall I am within in the "healthy range", but I will start to try to conceive in June and would like to get uber-fit by summer.
Right at the beginning of the year I started to exercise but only started to control what I eat in February.
My goal is to reach 57kg/9st .
-8 kg in 3-4 months may be not that healthy, but I will see how I go. From Saturday I have lost 3lbs without even trying much, so this may be that kind of weight that is easy to lose.
I might get to 61/60kg without much effort and then naturally slow down/stop unless I take my diet to the next level..
Dont worry, I am not going to rush it and jeopardise my health!!
Anyway, I'm going with Kg as that's what I am use to, so..
Can I join with goal of -8kg, please?
I am very sorry for my numeric jibber jabber!! :silenced:
Have a good day!!0 -
