Afternoon. STS for me. My new scales last week said I put on 3lbs but I really think this was different scales. Whatever it was, now I am where I was on the old scales so that's good enough. I'm still trying and that's all any of us can do :)

A whopping minus 3lb for me please. I've had a cruddy week with a whole number of emotional issues so I think I've just not eaten when I ought to. I imagine it'll settle down again next week

  • Oh dear sts this week just cant stop eating. Must move more & not towards the fridge!!!
  • Keeping up the good exercise work this evening, already think I'll feel very stiff tomorrow morning...

My gym has some great subliminal product placement as well - it's right next to a McD's and KFC. Someone pointed out that in the pool we spend all our time swimming towards KFC and on the treadmills running towards McD's :rotfl: I wonder if they're getting sponsored for it?

P.S. savesummore it is possible to kick your own bum - the lady teaching my class could, but then we're just mere mortals :p

    Welcome to more newbies :)

Will weigh in tomorrow as I had to be on the road at silly o'clock this morning

B - couple of polo mints while driving
L - Spanish omelette, green salad
T - apple, slice of toast with banana
    S - melon, 2 squares of chocolate
Unfortunately the rocker switch on the treadmill needs replacing and I'm having a heck of a job finding a new one so exercise is very scant atm.

    Sweet dreams :)
  • I had 30 mins on the Wii last night, I quite like the Step plus, but it can become a bit samey! I went onto Youtube and there are loads of exercise videos available to do. Even if you just want to do 5mins.:)

I was just wondering, who is trying new alternatives to foods. i.e I have bought some bulgar wheat this week. Haven't a clue what to do with it, treat it like couscous??:rotfl:
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!
  • northwest I think my mum uses it, it's cooked in a similar way to couscous and you can use instead. She also uses it instead of rice.
