Ways I hope to help myself lose weight.
My husband's birthday is at the end of March. I intend to not drink alcohol until then. Also no cake, sweets or ice cream.
I find Cadbury's highlights good when craving choc.
No bought "fresh" juice as its full of sugar.
No chips.
No ketchup.
Try to avoid bread.

Welcome fluffysox :hello:
Seems to be a lot of bottom kicking required today...
Perhaps Knit Witch should offer that service for those who fail to lose at the weigh ins :rotfl:
Summer will soon be here again for your walks, and I seem to remember that you use even more energy pushing a pram with a baby in and a toddler on top when his legs get tired...oh I had muscles in those days

1 lb for me this week. I missed out on weigh in last week as I was away and no scales but I stayed around the same weight. I actually feel slimmer than what the scales say and can feel my clothes are looser. Good luck everyone0

4lb loss for me please, thanks knitwitch
Well done muddles, good luck all weighing today x0 -
1lb on for me this week.
I have had 2 sets of visitors over the last week and I really overdid the carbs/cake.
Its only a 1lb but I really need to get back into the frame of mind again and start exercising moreLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

Can't believe this worked tbh - stepped on the scales yesterday, and was a bit sad to STS. Decided to try again today, and i'm 1.5lb loss.
I've re-lost the 1.5lbs I gained last week, which is really nice. It wasn't a bad week food-wise, but scope for improvement this week.0 -
I have a 1 lb loss this week, (that's a proper new pound off, as well as the yo-yoing one)
Jeez, it's nearly the end of February and I've only lost 2lbs this year...oh well, must keep trying, definitely no takeaway this weekend.

Its an STS for me this week. Its my own fault really, I was having a bad weekend foodwise anyway, and then I made it worse by opening the last box of Christmas chocs. The only good thing is that there are no more left now.
Good luck to everyone for the weigh in0
