Well I'm home and have weighed myself this morning, was dreading it but it could have been worse...the pound I keep losing and gaining is back on, but no more. I expected to be heavier, because I feel fatter, IYKWIM

Hi everyone
Wow work is quiet today.............im very very boredI hate being bored-might get the hoover out soon :rotfl:
Today:
B: bran flakes, blueberries, greek yog
S: boiled sweet, banana- it was huge :shocked:
L: HM tuna mayo salad, 1 small slice wholemeal bread
S: 2 satsumas, apple, hm fruit loaf
T: Pork dinner, & left over fruit crumble with custard
E: am walking the dog with OH later (oh and a massive pile of ironing :eek:)
Need some new lunch ideas as im bored of soup and really enjoyed my salad today, thinking maybe beans on toast, scrambled eggs on toast, different salads...........................the young lad in our office brought in lo pizza today dont think that can feature on my diet lunch list though

thanks savesummore, I'm sure everything will work out fine (although since I posted this morning I can now add problems at work and a relative in hospital again...there's always something going on!)
Being restrained and having no snacks is hard!
I have individual steak pies to use up...they're high calorie, so I made myself go for a slightly painful 40 minute walk this afternoon, using the theory that even though I had other things to do, it's also important to spend time on my own health and fitness (although there's not much fitness in evidence right now :rotfl:)
of course, it started to rain a few minutes after I left home, with no hat, so am sporting a rather fetching "drowned rat" look now :rotfl:
It will all be worth it come summer...

Get up & go has disappeared today along with sun
just got in from work collapsed on sofa wondering if the amount of exercise done yesterday will carry me through the rest of the week

Missed posting yesterday, having a cba period, if I need a reason I'll put it down to the time of year

B - slice hm wm toast with Vegemite
D - jacket with pulled pork & cheese, side salad. Fruit crumble with custard. Way too much food, felt horrible afterwards so learned my lesson - back to the junior menu in future
T - none
Supper slice hm wm toast with 1/2 banana
Today
B - F&F, Greek yogurt
L - cheeseburger, chips
S - 3 chocolate biscuits
T - slice hm wm toast with 1/2 banana
Exercise has gone out of the window since lungs don't work too well in wind/cold weather but I did see a post on fb which made me smile - 'I call my dog 5 Miles, so I can say I walk 5 miles daily'. I like it0 -
Hope things are looking brighter soon ellie! And I hope your relative is ok. It is hard to diet when your stressed. Being stressed is so draining, and I think our bodies crave the extra calories to give a bit of energy.
This will sound a bit weird, but I'm going to be a bit superstitious and join my local gym tomorrow. I want to move away from the area, and have been putting off joining anywhere because "I probably won't be here in 2 months" well I've been using that excuse for 4 months now, and I'm still sitting on my bum! So I figure if I bite the bullet, and pay the £65 for the first month (£40 thereafter), I really will only be here for 2 months! At least I can get fit again while I wait.0 -

The time will pass whether you go to the gym or don't go the gym, so you might as well go(says she who's never been to a gym in her life :rotfl:)
