Hanging in head in shame with a +1lb
I wasn't surprised as I have definitely eaten more this week, I've been craving bread and having larger portions at tea time. Will start with the side plate again and see if it helps. Also didn't make a batch of soup for lunches, will make one at weekend for next week and try and get back on track
B blueberries and a banana
L instant noodles and bread roll
T lasagne
S HM flapjack0 -
Had a meeting this morning and the donuts and biscuits were rampant! Had a few Jaffa cakes and a creme egg. This weather doesn't help as everyone is stocking up on the high calorie comfort food groups.
For me it's all the white carbohydrates that increase - flour, sugar, pasta, potatoes, bread and rice. I definitely ate less of these in January, but they spiked last week, so I will focus on reducing them again.0 -
+ 1lb for me this week. Not surprised as I think the weight loss last week was due to being ill and this week my body is just getting back to normal.
Not a good day today, cake everywhere in work and I just couldn't say no!!0
