7 more weigh ins after this weekend (last weekend in March basically)Must use my stash up!0 -
Not very hungry tonight and couldn't think what to eat, so ended up having muesli and ss milk, so if I don't eat anything else tonight I've had a good day.
Tried on 3 of my smaller tops, I was surprised how roomy they were.
They only looked okay standing up though, still have a spare tyre when I sit down :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Hi all,
Stayed the same this week, not been very disciplined so thats nota bad result.
Today I have eaten:

D....just starting to feel peckish now, will probably have sandwich of roast pork and chutney, yoghurt and lots of tea.
Sn....pomegranate and pear.

So how much do I need to lose to get back to that marvellous happy weight?
4 pounds! Yes, only 4 pounds of difference!
It just shows me how much of this weight loss malarkey is mental...I now have this "overweight mentality" that thinks I'm not slim enough to wear nice things. I think I'll look out my old jeans and tops this afternoon and try them on.
Surely 4 pounds can't make that much of a difference?
Unless of course, they are the "magic 4 pounds" that will drop me 2 dress sizes and banish all the flabby bits :rotfl:
I know what you mean, every time I lose weight it takes me ages to think of myself as a slim person.
I'm pleased to report a loss of another 1lb this week (it's actually 1 and 1 8th of a pound, lol, but hopefully that will have at least another 7 8ths to go with it by next week). I am now back to the weight I was on Christmas eve, so finally back on track and hopefully it's only going down from now on!
OH and I are getting into a habit of having a nice long walk at the weekends, and are hoping to go again tomorrow, weather permitting, but I've said if it's raining we will have to have a go on the wii instead, so we don't just sit around drinking cups of coffee all day.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

This is what I ate today:
B. egg and spinach
S. 2 Ryvita with peanut butter
L. Salad, cheddar, Brie
S. Nuts and a bit more Brie
D. 3 vege sausages, celeriac cauliflower and sweet potato mash, hm yogurt with 1/2 blood orange in itFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
B - muesli with prunes and Greek yogurt
L - 2 slices hm toast with vegemite, peanut butter
D - ribeye steak, tomato, egg, potato wedges
S - apple, 2 shortbread biscuits, stick celery
Hungry for no reason today, that tin of chocolates which has been in the spare bedroom since Oct is getting tempting and I don't even particularly like chocolate. Wondering how much longer I can resist :undecided
