you've got to love them, haven't you!
Perfectly normal, and definitely worth celebrating...just think, you'll never be obese again :T
 never thought I had to double check my height, I'm still using the height I was when I left school (and that was a long long time ago!)
Sue14, maybe you should get a second, or third, opinion, 3" is a big discrepancy...get the ruler and the tape measure out, and get against the door frame
I've overdone it today, not with my meals, but extra cake. I bought a big chocolate swiss roll because it was reduced to 10p. I wouldn't have bought it at the full price, so why did I think I needed it when it was cheap? In a way, I'm letting the supermarket decide what I eat!
Repeat..."just because it's cheap doesn't mean you need to eat it..."
Ohhhh but it tastes so much better when its cheap :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -

Aren't they just! I can usually stay on track during the week, but then it goes 'to hell in a handbasket' at the weekend,! never thought I had to double check my height, I'm still using the height I was when I left school (and that was a long long time ago!)

Unfortunately, I have double checked it against the door frame and she's right! It's strange because when I was younger, if I was asked for my height I would always say 'about 5 foot', so it was quite nice to be told that I was actually a bit taller, but it seems I was right all along, lol! As for the swiss roll, that's what we always used to do, hence most of the weight problems, but we are now being a lot stronger at resisting the offers.
OH and I went for a nice long walk today as the weather was dry and sunny, although a bit cold, but we soon got warmed up. We were out for 2 hours, and were walking for most of the time, stopping for a coffee and a low calorie cereal bar while at the park, before walking home again. Food hasn't been brilliant, but I'm still under my calorie goal so far, and tonight we are having some turkey with roast potatoes and veg, so hopefully I will stay under for the day.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Ooo yes, I do like frozen raspberries! I will need to run down the freezer a little so I can buy some (I'm in a house share, so get one drawer, which isn't enough for me!)
I'm also one that prefers the full fat version of yoghurts and cheeses too. I hate the idea of the chemicals they use to replace the fat for us, I used to eat them, but became uncomfortable that we don't really know conclusively how the body deals with them. Someone did mention the cocktail of chemicals they put in diet drinks too that we don't even know about  I'm just trying to get used to having less of them now...0 -

It's funny you say that, when i initally lost 3 stone, I went on a healthy eating plan of as much as possible natural foods if it makes sense. Butter, full fat yoghurt, honey instead of sugar etc. BUT smaller amounts.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
