  • - 0.5lbs this week its still coming off slow but sure and as the diet nurse said even half a lb off is better than half a lb gained, so I am pleased. She also told me even though its slow going its more likely to stay off as its going gradually.

hi -2 for me this week
    x
  • BAH!! Just STS this week. Disappointed with self.
Use it up, Wear it out, Make it do, Do without.
  • STS again for me this week, a bit disappointing but I tried on a pair of jeans that I've never been able to wear because they were far too tight and they fitted comfortably, so even though the lbs aren't dropping off, my shape is changing.

    Onwards and downwards!

Well done to everyone who lost! Xx

A loss of 1lb for me this week please KW.

B - 1/2 slice hm wm with rf spread and marmalade

T - will be crackerbreads with peanut butter, Vegemite, apricot jam toppings. Apple
    S - melon, celery
E - none as such but a lot of heavy lifting going on as moving furniture around and taking some to a buyer. All pennies in the pocket which helps :D

I've just made the overweight category on my BMI today, I started out morbidly obese :j Not sure if it's normal to be so excited over being classed overweight :D

Well done to everyone for losses and sts, hope those feeling under the weather feel better soon x

Under the circumstances, perfectly normal, congratulations!

I also have to keep pulling my jeans up now, and I'm really pleased as it's the pair that I couldn't even get into this time last year!

Disappointed with an STS this week, despite being really good most of the week (apart from Thursday, when we weakened and had sausage in batter and chips from the chippy, as I was late getting back from taking my dad to the doctor's and couldn't be bothered to cook).

Yesterday I had a free NHS health check, and was told that my BMI was higher than it should be and I was overweight! I was quite upset about this, as although I know I still need to lose a bit more, a few months ago on the wii I was told that I was now within the normal range for my height, so as far as I was concerned I was no longer considered as overweight. However it turns out that I'm apparently about 3 inches shorter than I thought I was! I was measured by the nurse a few years ago, when I worked in a doctor's surgery, and she told me I was 5' 3", but yesterday I was just about 5', it must be all the walking I'm doing, it's worn my legs down, lol! It doesn't really make any difference to my ultimate goal, as I was aiming to lose at least another stone, and the nurse said yesterday that I need to lose about a stone.

On the plus side my cholesterol and blood pressure are ok and I only have a 2% chance of developing heart disease.

Today OH and I had a walk to my dad's and back, instead of taking the car, so used a few calories there, and we are hoping to go for another walk tomorrow if the weather is as good as it's supposed to be.

I am not sure because I had such a bad week last week that I did not weigh myself, was so depressed that I did not want to add more stress. Please keep using my original starting weight. Thanks x
