what unprocessed desserts do you have?
I'm no help at all to you with desserts!
Trying to stick to around 1200 calories, doesn't really leave room for dessert, so I don't usually have any...and when I do it's usually processed.
I love butterscotch angel delight, no idea what's in it, or tinned semolina or rice pudding.I do like strawberries, but they're even nicer with chocolate gateau!
How about a homemade apple or rhubarb crumble, that's nice and filling.

evening everyone
-1lb for me this week which is a surprise considering I was on the booze for 11 hours on saturday and then out for lunch on Tuesday :rotfl:
so glad it's friday and I can relax...HM lasagne in the oven as a treat and may have a few chips to go with it, trying to eat a normal diet just reduce the portion sizes0 -
Unbelievably a 0.5lb loss for me this week, very surprised as not been very good this week. Most of our losses seem to have slowed down a bit now or we have become despondent, maybe come February we'll feel more motivated0

I've been reading a book lately with a lovely looking recipe for blueberries with banana sauce. The banana sauce is made by blending natural yoghurt with a medium banana, tsp of lemon and vanilla powder. I'm sure it would go really well with a few things other than blueberries. Maybe some sliced fruits.
I was talking to a work colleague about the fat v sugar tv programme, and she mentioned another one that was on lately showing the way some foods are made, including bread (with a lot of added sugar and oil to preserve it) and the effect that diet drinks have on our brains/insulin production. I know that's vague, but did anyone else see it? I'd like to see if it's on catch up, but don't know the name - can anyone help?0 -
STS this week.
Feel I've got off lightly as deserved a gain this week.
Well done on all the losses everyone0 -
Unsurprisingly, 83.1 Kg for me, this is after breakfast so it might be just a bit less, but considering the amount of BAD carbs I guzzled last week it is not the end of the world. Still half a stone / 3 Kg appx to lose for my target so I still hold some hope.
so have you lost, STS or gained this week - I don't have your starting weightMust use my stash up!0 -

4lb loss for me please
I've just made the overweight category on my BMI today, I started out morbidly obese :j Not sure if it's normal to be so excited over being classed overweight
Well done to everyone for losses and sts, hope those feeling under the weather feel better soon x0 -

I am not sure because I had such a bad week last week that I did not weigh myself, was so depressed that I did not want to add more stress. Please keep using my original starting weight. Thanks xFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0
