Hi All
Not a lot to say except I am keeping myself busy. My son started up his business at the turn of the year so I have been setting up invoices etc and a cash book... He keeps having my re-writing the wheel... as so many people are telling him how to do it.. I finally said to him that I knew what I was doing and to stop interfering... and I will not interfere with what he is doing !!! Anyway, I am making myself a cup of coffee at breakfast and I am lucky if I have drank it by 4.00 pm so the bread hasn't even been put in the toaster...
It suits me better not eating during the day but I think the holidays throw everyone out... Plus it is too easy to get a taste for sugar and sweet stuff again so all the choccies are on top of the wardrobe again... No, not Toblerone... just a load of boxes of chocolates that I bought over Christmas...
Well that's about it as I will be busy tomorrow again... so it is giving me a good start to the new me again... As long as it is in a downward slope it doesn't matter how I get there...
Aren't the weeks flying in again....0 -
Worst day of the week. Unable to stop eating, feeling totally bloated by bread and other carbs. Really worried about Friday weigh-in, might do it on Saturday instead if I can manage to get back on track tomorrow and Friday. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

Hoping all those feeling ill are starting to feel better.
Having managed to resist the cakes at work today, I wasn't so restrained at home as I had to make scones, choc krispie cakes and a lemon drizzle cake as my food shop isn't being delivered til Saturday and the cupboards are looking bare!
L- butternut squash and courgette soup (delicious!)
D-big bowl of spag bol and sweetorn.....using up leftovers
S- scone (no butter) & slim-a-soup
and a choc krispie cake, and a few licks of the bowl lol
Not a great day, but hopefully roughly still within calorie allowance, and have had 3 good days Sun-Tues.
My clothes are feeling a bit looser which is keeping me motivated.
Not doing any exercise though, must do better xxxx0 -

B - muesli, prunes, Greek yogurt
L - bowl of lamb & veg broth, 1/2 slice hm wm
T -ditto
S - melon, celery, raw carrot, 2 custard creams (at tea with friend)
E - none yet, must try to do some soon
Sweet dreams0 -
Had a major slip up yesterday....cheesy chip with 2 sausages for lunch from the chippy. It was delicious but felt sluggish and rotten all afternoon! Despite this and Sunday's crisp badness...ever hopeful or tomorrow's weigh in. My light headedness appears to have improved slightly, so at the moment am planning on an hour of body combat tonight. Going home for a healthy lunch and have stew planned for tonight from the freezer for dinner...will try my best not to snack after dinner tonight to help things along with the weigh in tomorrow!!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
My savings: £4878.54/£7000
Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000
Total:£7564.11/£10 000 (as at 26/10/14)0 -
Had a really bad day food wise yesterday in the fact that I didn't really feel like eating anything. Had to force myself to eat a dinner so at least I had something substantial that day. Hopefully I'm not getting ill.
B: mocha
S: Apple
L: Chicken & Veg Cuppa SoupCurried mince&Rice mini roast pots and handful of doritos
Today's food will hopefully be better
B: Shreddies with milk
S: fennel tea
L: 1 slice toast and beans (no butter - forgot to bring some to work)
DH is visiting his sister tonight so it will be just me am deciding whether to do a spag bol or just eat a sausage sandwich. Think it will all come down to how bothered I can be when I get in from work.
That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
