Thanks, Knit Witch. I'll aim for 20lbs between now and Easter Sunday.
Food for today:
tiny bowl of Malties. Couldn't eat (bad tummy).
bowl of apple crumble
tea with be a prepacked veggie meal (500 calories) and 2 small beetroot!
Have also had some cheese biscuits.0 -
Today I have eaten:
B....custard Danish and tea;
Dinner....roast lamb, mash, carrot, turnip, red cabbage, espresso;
Tea......8 chocolates from box that Mossy opened while we were out!
Sn....hanful almonds, couple clementines

B small piece wholemeal toast + butter
L HM soup
T slice of gammon, broccoli, gravy and mash on a side plate
Now having a cup of tea and a small piece of flapjack. And will have a tangerine later0 -

Ah Frith - there are 14 weeks to Easter but only 10 weeks of the challenge left - do you still want your target to be 20 lbs?Must use my stash up!0 -

Just popped into say Ive done the Shred tonight so day 7 of 30 done (although i cant do it everyday so doing 7 days has probably spread over two weeks!)

My office tradition is that someone needs to bring in cakes when it's been their birthday. I will usually have one, as it's an odd treat. Unfortunately, I was rather stressed today, and went back for seconds and thirds! Well I'm not going to guilt myself over it. I enjoyed them at the time, and it's not going to be a regular thing. However I do need to find something else to distract myself when I'm stressed...0

S - satsumas, celery, carrot batons
E - ground floor cleaned by 9am! Shopping with DD

Thanks for update, looks like am half way through my challenge! Sadly today I did not treat myself well, had lots of sugary stuff and carby bits and pieces. Committing to do better tomorrow.Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0
