Ah Frith - there are 14 weeks to Easter but only 10 weeks of the challenge left - do you still want your target to be 20 lbs?

A sneak peek revealed that this week is looking to be a disaster, thanks to stupidly binging this weekend! I really feel like an idiot :(

Hey dont feel bad we have all been there! Pick yourself up dust yaself down and see tomorrow as a new day :)

Just popped into say Ive done the Shred tonight so day 7 of 30 done (although i cant do it everyday so doing 7 days has probably spread over two weeks!)

Slow and steady wins the race (I hope :rotfl:)

  • My office tradition is that someone needs to bring in cakes when it's been their birthday. I will usually have one, as it's an odd treat. Unfortunately, I was rather stressed today, and went back for seconds and thirds! Well I'm not going to guilt myself over it. I enjoyed them at the time, and it's not going to be a regular thing. However I do need to find something else to distract myself when I'm stressed...

Feel like I ate too much over the weekend so not sure how this week will pan out....not giving up or beating myself up over it though!

    today:

    B 2 crispbread
L HM chicken & pea soup
T HM Cauliflower & broccoli cheese

currently having a hot chocolate made with water rather than milk, its better than opening the chocolates or biscuits currently sitting in my store cupboard!
