T HM soup - wasn't hungry after lunch out but everybody was, they had gammon and savoury rice!
Not had any snacks and don't think I need any but should try and squeeze some fruit in0 -
I'm not quite sure when people are setting their weight loss targets for? If we've lost 18% I know that can't be for the whole of 2014!!
Today I have eaten:
scrambled egg, slice of toast, 2 tomatoes
box of raisins
tuna sandwiches with red pepper
apple crumble and custard
a strange mixture but still poorly0 -
Had breakfast before I thought of scales yesterday, so weighed this morning and stayed the same which wasnt bad considering howBAD I have been.
Today I have eaten:
Breakfast....2 slices toast with apple cheese, tea;
Dinner.......soup, roast turkey/ham, gravy, sprouts, carrots, stuffing, gravy, trifle, tea;
Sn.........slice Christmas cake, 2 after 8s, tea.
Mitigating circumstances: today was our parish senior citizens annual party, responsible for dinner and snack.....also had a glass of wine

B - slice hm wm with rf spread and marmalade
D -[STRIKE] out today, will probably choose gammon and egg,[/STRIKE] chose jnr portion of Hunters chicken which was nice but bah gum that sauce was strong! Then 2 churros with ice cream. All from the children's menu, quite generous enough for me.
T - if hungry, a mug of 57 tomato soup with a couple of crackerbread - wasn't that hungry
S - apple, satsuma. Both need using up todayI'm not quite sure when people are setting their weight loss targets for? If we've lost 18% I know that can't be for the whole of 2014!!
Frith this session runs until Easter but can't remember the exact date (because I'm too lazy to look back for it)
Sweet dreams0 -
