Weigh day for me and have lost 2 lbs :j:j:j:j

Finding i am less hungry now as used to have snacks between meals a lot and barely need to now :D more used to drinking water and have been really good this past week, taking one day at a time, well done to everyone who has lost and sts :T
  • Spent 4hrs cleaning on Sat as knew I had a party to go to in the evening (pre-eating calorie burning). Quite proud of myself as I stuck to mostly the green salads, Pasta salad and crudities. I allowed myself two cocktail sausages and 3 mini spring roll as they looked so good but didn't have any cake as I didn't want to end up eating everything I had burnt off earlier in the day.
I might have to treat myself to some digital scales as every time I try and weigh myself have to peer around the cat who thinks the gauge is a very interesting play thing.

    Today's food

    B: shreddies with milk
L: Ravioli and Charlotte Pots and an apple
D: Sausage, Mushrooms, Egg and maybe a potato waffle
S: Something from the office fruit bowl, fennel tea
E: walking up and down the stairs at work, taking the dog for a walk and some housework.
That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

    Thanks, Sparrer.

That is excellent timing for me because my sister is getting married on Easter Saturday and I wanted to lose some weight by then!

For the statistics keeper, I am 12 stones 8 at the moment and 11 stones would be great for the wedding. I think that might be unrealistic, though.
  • Hello Knit Witch, sorry I'm late in posting but have very busy few days and not been online at all. I lost only 1lb this week.

I'm not quite sure when people are setting their weight loss targets for? If we've lost 18% I know that can't be for the whole of 2014!!

    Today I have eaten:

scrambled egg, slice of toast, 2 tomatoes

    box of raisins

    tuna sandwiches with red pepper
    apple crumble and custard

a strange mixture but still poorly

Frith it is for this challenge - between us we want to lose 57 stone and 13 lb  and so far in two weeks we have managed to lose 11 stone and 2.58 lb or 19.31% of the target :T:T:T
    Must use my stash up!
