Work has been really slow today and yesterday so all i seem to think about is food- i like work when its really busy as dont tend to eat so much :rotfl:

Today:
B: 1 toast with butter (white bread) 2 boiled eggs
S: Banana, 1 pear drop

S: Apple, grapes (and possibly a double decker!)

Been naughty
, had to use up some bits from the fridge so -
B - was okay, F&F with rf Greek yogurt
D - was baaaad - small piece of frying steak, fried egg, hm fried chips. The steak could have soled my boots, the egg as okay, the sweet poato was going wrinkly so needed using up. The bowl of meat juices/jelly in the fridge had set with a layer of dripping on the top so put the jelly in the lamb broth I'm making and used the dripping for frying.
T - not sure as not hungry after the above so maybe a small bowl of soup from the lamb broth later
S - had two tiny satsumas
E - none as such, still got labrynthitis and anemia so yet more pills from the GP, but standing and cooking all morning.
SSM if you haven't eaten it already you could give the chocolate bar to the friend you're having tea with as a thank you, or send it to me, I'll happily leave it in my fridge for months! If anyone remembers the tin of chocolates I bought last October it's still unopened in my spare bedroom, not been tempted but keep forgetting to give it to DD and the DGC. I will, when I remember to take it to them!0 -

Another so so day ended in a bowl of vanilla ice cream. I knew that I could not keep it in the freezer safely. Lesson learnt. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

Knit Witch - perhaps 15lbs over 10 weeks would be better?
Today I have eaten:
small bowl of Malties
3 small sausages and braised cabbage
a prepacked veggie meal (400 calories) and 1.5 beetroot.
And (oops!) a box of dates!
Have been ill for a while but getting better now so I think my meals will be getting back to normal soon. I've been eating things that are quite to prepare and have tons of flavour rather than proper food.0 -
