    Hi guys.

I love cheese too, almost as much as I love crisps!! Have you tried half fat cheddar? It is just as tasty as regular. Also parmesan on spag bol/chilli is good I find, because you can get a nice flavour with just a little bit of it.

Still off the crisps but had mad cravings last night, so had some salted peanuts as a substitute. Don't think all of that salt agreed with me tho, cos I have a bit of a funny tummy this morning!

    Going well so far today
    B: muesli ss milk
    L: porridge, lo angel delight
D: planning another ham salad to use stuff up

Still no change on the scales (maybe they're not working :rotfl:)
BUT I am wearing my "test" jeans - the ones I had hanging on the wardrobe to encourage me - and not just "trying them on", proper going-out-in-public wearing them :D
A year ago I couldn't even pull them up past my hips

AND...I had to punch a new hole in my belt to keep them up :D

    AND...I got compliments :D

Off out for a walk while it's still daylight...d@mn, it's starting to rain again!

My weight has yo-yoed so much that i don't need to buy test jeans, just look in the wardrobe as I have several sizes :o

Todays pair are ones I wore 2010/2011, so I knew the fit would be just right after I'd lost some weight :)

I hope when the dress fits again your DH takes you out somewhere really nice :)

I also have a dress which won't fit until I'm extra slim...and 2 mini skirts which I used to wear when DSs were very small...I wouldn't wear them now, but have kept them for the pleasure of *knowing* they fit :rotfl:

Have been for a walk...someone up there is looking out for me today :)
Met a friend who said " if you want chocolate, then have a great big bar!"...called into home bargains for shampoo, picked up a few things, and then picked up a bar of my favourite chocolate! What's the point in not eating it over xmas, then buying some now?
Got to the checkout and realised before it was my turn that the £10 note in my pocket was actually a £5 note! so had to put the chocolate back :rotfl:
