Another loss of 0.5 lbs, a bit rubbish, but at least it's on the downside. How do you put the weight loss in colour?0

If you highlight what you want in colour and select the A icon above your textbox you can choose which colour you want the text to be.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I've lost 2lbs.
My scales are a bit rubbish though, so I have to weigh several times and take an average. My food has been carb heavy today, mainly through convenience, but Ive been on a school trip all day and my pedometer shows 15000 steps/ 11km so not too bad
B-1 Weetabix with ss milk
L-sandwich, no butter, with tuna & WW mayo & lettuce
D-2 small burgers in buns with a few oven chips
Hopefully I'll be able to resist the Bountys and Snickers I got for the rest of the family (4 for £1 in Tescos) :P
ETA: Well Ive had a total blip with a Bounty, Baileys, hazelnuts, frostiesso not feeling very good about myself. Oh well.....going to have an early night before I do any more damage!

Hi
Weighed in before work this morning and I've lost 2.5lb.....yay!0 -
Tryingagainandagain good evening and welcome love your username by the way.We are all fairly positive on here, and every once you lose will be an achievement .At the moment I would kill to be your weight
and hopefully by the summer I will be, if not less.
We are all shapes and sizes on here but we all have one aim and that is to be ,if not slim and sylphlike then at least (like me ) less weeble-like:):)
Not being very tall, I just look like a little barrel at times, but underneath all the outer me, is the skinny inner me struggling to escape:) I have, since September lost just over 2stone not only to feel better, but I am hoping to get my reconstruction boob after having had a mastectomy. Being somewhat larger than is good for me, its a case of lose it so I can get my op.
So I have stopped with the cakes, biscuits and bread and now eat crackerbread and watch carefully what I am eating .On Wednesday I saw the diet nurse at the clinic, and I have lost 3.5lb since 18th December which I am pleased about as I thought I had 'blown it' over the Christmas and New Year.Back on the healthy eating plan again though, so its going to go, no matter what. I feel so much better already for losing that 2 stone of rubbish that I had been carrying around .I have a job exercising as I am slightly disabled, so cannot walk too far ,but I like to swim which is good for my joints.
So jump abord the weight lose team, and hopefully we will be able to pat you on the back with every lb you can lose
Good luck honey we are all behind you egging you on:):)
