Every time I see your name, it spurs me on to my holiday in June in the US. However, I am steering away from the Cinnabons. They are 800 calories each!!!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
Thank you
For once, I actually don't think I will join the challenge. The reason being, not to tempt fate but I really hope to be pregnant as soon as possibleand if that happens, I will need to stop trying to lose weight. Until it happens (please let it happen!) I just want to lose as much as I can do healthily. So I will chat, post food diaries and weigh in on a Friday, but not as part of the challenge, if that is ok. Thanks!
Not a problem and good luck!Must use my stash up!0 -
Been looking at the 5/2 diet and hearing only good about it. Does anyone know how sustainable it is, and the health risks please?
Daisiegg how exciting! All the very best of luck, now we'll all be hanging on for news and hopefully soon enjoying your pregnancy with you
OG brrrrrr! I can't cope with cold, last time I was there it got into my bones and I thought I'd never be warm again. Just hoping my friends new house (mid terrace cottage in a cobbled street) is warmer than her previous detached stone house in the middle of the moors! I don't envy you having no boiler, presumable that means no hot water as well? Poor you. Looks like all I'm restarting with you, I put on 6lb over Christmas - gutted as I didn't have any cake or a single mince pie the whole holiday. My DS did buy me some lovely cheeses though
B - spicy fruity porridge
L - veg and mozzarella pie with sweet potato topping, plums and ice cream.
T - 3 crackerbreads with rf cheese, vegemite, and marmalade.
S - satsuma, melon, handful nuts
E - brushed the stairs and landing. Vac'ed through downstairs, washed kitchen floor.
Have a good rest of the day0 -

AHHHHHH I was so pleased to lose 2 lbs last week and was at the gym Thurs and Fri. Came home on Friday night and felt awful...spent the entire day in bed on Saturday and most of Sunday. In work today and am feeling miserable, so no gym for me this week I dont think
Will have to try and keep the eating under control while I'm away from the gym!
