Breakfast spicy fruity porridge
D - childs menu roast port dinner, 1 scoop ice cream with choc sauce
Supper - cup of tomato soup, crust of bread half in the soup half with vegemite
S - satsuma, carrot batons, diced stick of celery
56 stone, wow that's quite a goal, I'll be happy if I can shift one lb this week! Am on holiday from next Saturday but luckily the friend I'm staying with is a very sensible eater so I'm looking forward to lots of tasty, healthy meals. Except we're going out to a curry house the first night. She's also a walker, don't think I'll be tramping the moors with her but I'll certainly do my best to see some of the beautiful Yorkshire scenery, weather permitting.

Hi Purple kitten.
I'd love to hear how you get on with the pilates classes...my osteopath recommended I try it, but so far I've been a big coward!
Maybe next spring (although I said that last year...)
I will let you know, I am keen to start it. I am just finishing a course of acupuncture (on tues) to relieve the accident pain which has worked well but its temporary.
Kezlou: I have a similar thing, asthma all my life but over the past few years it's been to bad to exercise much, and continual high medicine, but I want to lose it for both confidence and health.
Thanks for adding me Knit Witch, it bought a big smile to my face:)0 -
Hi all.......I have been missing in action for a long time, please can I rejoin?
Had a fantastic Christmas, new year and birthday, including three trips abroad and lots of eating and drinking....it was amazing and I don't regret it, but I have come back the heaviest I have ever been
So I need to get this back under control! Feels frustrating to be back at the same weight as I was last January. I then lost about 17 lbs for my wedding. And now have gained it all back! Doh.
Will you have me again?0 -
Welcome back daisiegg, you did it before, so you know you can!

Last night i didn't feel too bad, i'm having caffeine withdrawal symptoms blurghhh
Yesterday
2 slices of toast with butter
pasta and cheese sauce (small portion)
low fat plain yoghurt with dried fruit, 2 crackers with cheese and an apple.
drinks 3 cups of tea with milk no sugar
Quite surprised i felt full after my evening meal, so didn't have any snacks after that.
Had oats with the last of the low fat yoghurt, dried fruit and a cup of tea. Sorry i'm a tea addict.
DS2 nicked some of my oats going hmmm nice, this is better than porridge lol
Does anyone of dired fruits are fattening? Just through instead of adding sweetener i'd add dried fruit instead.
Well done everyone so far!!!! :T:T0
