Morning STS for me, but believe me after the week I've had that's an achievement! Been really hard going. That still leaves me 2lb up on my weight at the end of the last challenge but it could be worse and I haven't given up. Just got to keep on keeping on
Thank you for managing the huge list of dieters Knit Witch0 -
But i did a food dairy at the doctors and eat less than my 13 yr old. So told me eat more which i did, took the diary and i put on 7 lb in a fortnight!!! I was utterly devastated. Hope i lose something.:(
I'm trying not to bread and pasta, i'm allergic to them but i love hm breadand pasta
I am guessing you put on 7lbs, because your body, said "hey food....at last, I am hanging onto this so I can survive the next fast".
I am trying to cut out as much bread/pasta as poss. It's hard though isn't it.
Cutting back on my coffee as well, I know it won't make me lose weight but might make me feel better. Having fruit tea instead.
I know it has only been a week, but while shopping this morning, instead of the getting the chocolate bar.....I bought a banana and ate that in the car:DLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

Finally I have the mindset and my lovely husband is joining me which is motivating me more as he loses it faster:rotfl:
I would like to lose a stone, possibly more but I am hoping the first target will set me on the way.:o
I am enrolling on a pilates gentle exercise class as both DH and I are recovering from some injuries, which also means the exercise will be a little bit limited but I'm hoping small changes.
Of course you can join! Is the 14 pounds your target for the next 11 weeks?Must use my stash up!0 -

Is 30 Day Shred good?
I have a feeling I've got that in the back of the cupboard somewhere. I'm pretty sure I bought it, watched it and never did it!:(
Hi Midgie
I really like it for a couple of reasons- its only 30 mins long which is great as i get bored doing exercise for any longer! There is 3 routines (1 for each 10 days) that get harder and there is a 'beginers, and an advanced person to follow so good for everyone. I think its a good workout in 30 mins
I am SHATTERED todayreally really tired- its my only fault really as cant switch off/slow down until im ready to fall down! Have not done 30 day shred today or gone out with OH to walk dog as just dont think i worth exhausting myself over, however I have done some ironing and had to help OH move all of the wardrobes in our back bedroom as we have a damp problem (very old house) and had to bleach behind them/paint damp paint so spent best part of 2 hours moving clothes/shoes and pushing wardrobes around- so hoping for bonus calorie burn there :rotfl:
Ive got a very busy week coming up this week so think exercise will be very limited- but I will do what I can when I can
Today:
B: 3 chipolarter (sp?) sausages, 1 bacon rasher all grilled, 1/2 tin baked beans, 2 poached eggs, 2 wholemeal toast with butter
L: 2 slices of toasted fruit loaf and butter
S: Lf greek yog & banana
T: going roung MIL for tea and we will be having a beef dinner, she always does a pudding aswell so think ill let myself have a tiny portion
Last night I had barcardi and pepsi max (x3 plus a bottle of beer) Im not a big pop drinker I usually drink just water or tea (i love tea!) and heavens that pepsi max was like drinking syrup- horrid horrid stuff :eek:
due to drinking I also eat (in addtion to my posted menu) handful of tortilla chips with spoon hummous & fun size bag of malterers
Wow sorry massive post again!
